The kitchen and all appliances are brand-new! The unit comes equipped with dry grocery items (sugar, spices, coffee, powder creamer, laundry soap) and some condiments in the fridge, so you won't necessarily need to buy all those items if you plan to eat in. We just ask that if you finish something, to replace it if possible to others can benefit, too!
