A very complete remodel of this home makes the quiet inside spaces match perfectly with the picturesque river front location! It is nicely located close to Old Town Florence, a few nice dining spots and the beach. Perfect for our little weekend getaway!

Steps from the sandy beach (across the street). Fishing dock on the property (we caught red snapper, mangrove snapper, grouper, crevalle jack, ladyfish, puffer, toadfish, flounder). Dolphins and manatees even swam under the dock while we were there. Directly next door to the grocery store. Staff was always available via text to address any concerns. Property kept up and clean.

Beautiful Setting/Big House

Overall a wonderful house but it has seen better days... Pros - Huge deck, Great views, secluded, plenty of space, great dock for swimming. Cons - Deck is in need of repair lots of slivers and lifted nails, hot tub did not work the entire visit even though reported the first day, crazy small kitchen for house of that size, sewage smell

Comfortable Townhouse in Lost Key

We spent 5 weeks in a comfortable, clean, and nicely upgraded townhouse in Lost Key of Perdido Key, Florida. The beach, pools, golf course, and walking trails were all beautiful and perfect for an active lifestyle or just relaxing. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and delicious restaurants. So many options to choose from. Highly recommended.

406 was fantastic!!! We had 6 guests and there was more than enough room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor and furniture appeared to be newer and very nice. The condo was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs we could use. We loved our stay at 406 Las Brisas. We will definitely stay here again.
