This is our second summer to stay at this condo and we love it! The location is so great. You can easily walk to vail village and lionshead. The set up works really well for our family of 4 (two adults and two small kids).

Very nice place to stay. 4 adults and two children. Enough room for all of us. Although we spent very little time inside. So close to everything made it very convenient. Batteries died on the door handle and it was fixed in an hr.

The location was great! I loved the closeness of the beach and the grocery store. Overall the unit was fine. I would say the bathroom could use a freshen up and the shower didn’t drain as we showered (but did after). The 2 bonuses to the unit were the chairs on balcony & the parking spot.

We spent a week in Unit 3 five adults and three small children. Lots of space for everybody. The house is fully equipped with a great jacuzzi, pool table, game room and perfect location near the slopes.
