Went to Florida for the birth of my grandson and was fortunate to find this townhome less than 5 minutes from where my daughter lives. Townhome was clean and exactly as shown on website. Couldn't set the A/C lower than 73 so upstairs master bedroom could get a little warm so bought a small fan which helped in the afternoons. Otherwise, a relaxing vacation.

Great views from the balcony

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is spacious and our group of ten was very comfortable. The views from our balcony were awesome- it’s the perfect place to watch sunrise and sunset!…And of course the fireworks at 9:45 each evening. The resort is fabulous. This was our second year to stay at North Beach Resort and I’m sure it won’t be our last.

We had a nice stay here. There were some issues with plumbing in the house that resulted in us calling the property manager twice. The response was quick and they came to the house both times. We were assured both times that the problems resolved themselves - but the problems continued so we just dealt with it the best we could. Beautiful house and beautiful island.

Everything was great, just one minor issue

We loved the condo! It had everything we needed, and everything worked well! The only issue we had was that the king bed in the master bedroom was a little too firm for our liking, so my wife and I had some trouble sleeping. Everyone else slept great and really enjoyed themselves! I am only subtracting the one star because of the bed, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review!

This was a great place to stay at. It was really clean which was one of out biggest concerns due to covid bit when we arrived we felt safe. Its a 10 min walk to the beach, which is great not having to drive and they have beach chairs you can use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
