We found this beach house on a last minute decision to go to Folly Beach. It's a rustic, cozy house that makes like you are in a beach house in Hawaii. The Tiki hut, the huge deck, the swing, and the view all combined with this nostalgic house gave us everything we were looking for and more. We had 3 boys with us, 2 20 year olds and an 18 year old and they did not want to leave. The house is clean. The bed in the master bedroom is insanely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Marsha met us with yummy cookies and a bottle of wine and Dave made the booking very smooth. We will book again for next summer or sooner. There is a plaque in the house that reads, "When the world burdens you, comfort your soul by the sea. ". Needless to say we left Folly Beach with our souls comforted.

We had a great time at Island House C219. Check in was a breeze - door code sent in advance and parking was available right in front. We had two cars, so we used the condo spot as well as a nearby guest spot, and there was ample parking all week. Beach access was perfect! Steps from popular Mary Street access. You can pay to park on the beach (4WD recommended) but we were so close that we never needed to drive. Pool was great! It was located at the beach side of the property, which was nice because it felt more secluded than the courtyard. Condo was great. Kitchen was small but had everyhing we needed. Washer and dryer was on the first floor and was so nice to have. Beds were comfortable and linens looked new. Very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. David was a super host - readily available and very helpful.

Plenty of space and very clean house. Only problems were a couple of the toilets didn’t flush well and a chair on the patio was broken but didn’t know until went to sit down and it collapsed under me. Other than that a fantastic house and would recommend to anyone.

It was a wonderful stay at AMI last week! This cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. Perhaps the best thing was the water pressure in the shower. Most hotels' water pressure is horrible. Loved the outside shower to rinse off sand and the location just steps from the beach. The cart with beach chairs and umbrellas was wonderful! Another bonus was the fact that the cottage was at the southern end away from most of the shops and restaurants. We did walk one evening to Bridge St. which is within walking distance. We did drive to the North end for many restaurants, but preferred the less busy spot of the cottage location. We also made use of the washer/dryer on the site. This was an added bonus. The only suggestions we had were to upgrade the coffee maker to a Keurig and to clean the cushions on the lanai, which were moldy. An awesome place to stay! We'd come back!

We enjoyed our cute & cozy spot right on the side of the mountains. Every one around the condo area was kind, courteous & helpful. The condo was excellent & comfortable, and a great spot to cozy up in during a beautiful snowfall. Thanks for having us !

We had a great stay at the Lighthouse in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We loved being right on the beach and having access to the 2 outdoor pools. The location was close to many restaurants, stores and attractions. Our condo was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the Gulf. Lynn Humphries at itrip vacations was very helpful in booking and planning our trip, as well as keeping us updated on local happenings.

We *LOVED* our stay here. Pristine, bright, happy & serene. Super easy stroll to the beach. We loved watching the turtles and alligator sunbathing across the pond off the back deck. Owners were super responsive and helpful. Absolutely A+ stay.

We stayed here stayed here September 7 through September 11 and we had a blast! The place is very nice, clean, and beds was comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

This condo worked great for our family of 6 adults. The unit was just as described. Well located, a mile from Beaver Creek Resort and downtown Avon, and 6 miles from Vail Lionshead parking. Downtown Avon has an excellent large grocery store, ski rental shop and a number of restaurants. A gas station, mini-market and bus stop are 100 yds from the from door. Neighborhood is quiet, and no steep streets to get there - in case it's snowing.

We had a great time at this house over Spring Break. Lots of room for 2 families. Great location, walked across the street to the beach almost every day. Pool and tennis court were used daily also. Kids enjoyed the bumper pool table and game provided. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we visit Orange Beach!

having great weather , nice condo 1 small problem on arrival quickly remedied by I trip ,we have stayed at south shores II several times and will be back , a very nice place streetlights sidewalks for walking the dog ,great porch overlooking the ocean , clean nice beach .

The bunk beds were too small for anybody over 5'5. This should have been noted in the description. Neither of my kids, son is 6'1 daughter is 5'9 could fit comfortably. Other than that it was great.

This house was lovely! It was very large and clean. the elevator inside was a fun element to have and made going up 4 floors easy. The wifi unfortunately would go out every couple hours and need to be reset and we could not get the dishwasher to work. besides that, it was amazing location and walking distance to town in less than 10 minutes. would certainly come back again to this home for a ski weekend in aspen.

Girls trip for 4 Ky ladies. Our unit was well appointed in all respects, kitchen, living-room, linens. Our beds were very comfortable. Loved the washer/dryer unit. The location was excellent to pool and ocean. We enjoyed the outside patio for dining and happy hour. Would recommend!!

We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs and enjoyed our stay at Moonlight Daydream. The backyard flows beautiful onto the lake. We saw incredible sunrises from the deck. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Great for a retreat or a large family.

We had a wonderful stay at Tarpon Riverside. The pool, patio, lanai, and house were perfect for our get away for a wedding in Naples. We cooked every night in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed dinner on the lanai over looking the river. The fresh seafood from Rhodes was amazing. It was a quick trip to the beach where we enjoyed walking and watching an amazing sunset. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to visit again.

We can highly recommend Lulu's. Loretta & Jerry were great hosts. The condo was very clean, and really charming. The decorations truly reflected that we were in Siesta Key. Pool area had two Weber grills and a professional mural that added to the atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The Commodore 402 condo was very clean and we had no issues. It was great to be located beachfront; the view is amazing. The location is quieter at this end of the beach, but still very easy to get to any restaurants or attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Commodore 402.

I do not have enough amazing things to say about the home. The Porches is absolutely beautiful. It is perfectly located right at the entrance of the boardwalk that takes you right to the beach. The kitchen area is large and has all the amenities to cook or bake whatever the heart desires. The rooftop deck is perfect for sunbathing or watching the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. The swing chairs on the deck are a great place to rest or sit and reminisce with friends and family. To end the day in a true Lowcountry fashion, there are porch swings on each floor that can be enjoyed with a cocktail in your hand while watching the sunset or finishing that book to close out a perfect night.

We loved every minute of our 7 night stay. The iTrip team was extremely helpful at check-in. Upon arriving, we found a spotless room with a marvelous view of the ocean and comfy beds. Keep in mind, there is no elevator to the second floor, but the stairs were spaced well and we didn’t mind them at all (including my 70-year-old father). Parking was never a problem; although, I have seen that in other reviews. We always had a spot for our 2 cars with 2 passes. The beach was busy some days, but nothing like the Myrtle beaches we could see down the shoreline. Some days we felt like we had a private beach (and very clean). The pool was nice and maintained, we loved that the beach was steps away, and everyone was so friendly. Surfside is the only beach that continues to allow canopies, but they are to be in the canopy lane back from the umbrellas. The beach patrol is very helpful with this. Great location to everything including groceries. We will be rebooking! Loved all of it!

My siblings and I took a vacation to Folly Beach and stayed at Shangri-La. It’s a perfect little condo and location was ideal. We walked everywhere, the beach, shopping, restaurants, because it’s so close to everything. They had beach gear we could use such as beach chairs and beach towels and has all the essentials for the stay. I loved this cute little condo and would recommend it to anyone who may be looking for a place that can fit 1-4 people.

We loved this house! House was clean, spacious, oceanfront. The agent at NCBeaches kept in touch via text, checking to make sure everything was ok. The only recommendation I would make, is upgrading the dishwasher. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful cabin. The girls had fun at the fire pit and hot tub. After winding down, they loved watching Netflix scary movies in the game room. Cabin was as described. The drive up to the cabin is sketchy at night. Overall we would highly recommend due to plenty of spacious rooms. A++++

Very clean and so spacious. Our family of 6 adults, 1 teen, and 2 toddlers fit perfect. Close to the beach and great indoor and outdoor pools. Walmart is right down the street for supplies and food. We used the kitchen in the condo a lot. There were plenty of dishes. The only suggestion I have is upgrading the mattresses. They were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

This place is fantastic!! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could ever need, even an instapot! There is a grass area just outside the patio with space to play yard games or let the kids run around. The beds are extremely comfortable and the unit is very quiet! We will definitely be coming back!!

Condo was very nice and clean. We only encountered a couple of Problems: no hot pads to use with the oven and more kitchen towels. Otherwise it was great.

We rent places EXACTLY like this in ski resorts all around the American West and were very pleased with this unit - not ski-in/ski-out, not large & luxurious but in an EXCELLENT location, exactly 865 feet from American Flyer lift that goes up nearly 2000 vertical feet - the longest lift on the mountain. The secure garage was big benefit for us. Everything was less than 1000' from our lobby. EVERYTHING. Hope to rent it again.

We always have a great time at North Beach Plantation! There is so much to do and our condo was great, could use a couple upgrades but overall we loved it. Renting through itrip is always easy and convenient and the folks are super nice and helpful! Thanks again for a great stay!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 8 nights. The management office was responsive to our needs. The listing stated there was a queen inflatable mattress available but was not in the condo when we arrived. The management office brought one to us. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The AC and ceiling fans worked great. Kapalua was a great place to stay during our vacation.

I love this unit so much. We watched mana rays and dauphins from the balcony daily. The kitchen is high end and the beds are comfortable. This was my second stay this year and I will be back.

Overall the stay was great and we have put a deposit down to stay there again next year. Issues that could be addressed: 1) There is some problem with an exhaust fan that is associated with turning off/on the breaker switch for the washing machine. When the breaker is left on there is a loud exhaust/blower fan motor that cycles on and off continuously. We contacted iTrip about the issue early during our stay and they advised that the resolution was to turn off the washing machine breaker. Then switch the breaker back on if we wanted to do a load of wash. This resolved our problem with the loud motor noise, but something is obviously wrong with the system. 2) The two recliners in the living room are getting worn out. 3) in the master bathroom, the right side lavatory sink drain is getting slow and needs to be cleaned. 4) The sliding door in the master bedroom needs to be adjusted so it will slide easier. Again, all-in-all the stay was wonderful, as evidenced by our deposit to stay there again next year.

From booking to checkout, everything was 5 star with our stay at Lichenharth 24 and the itrip team. During the booking process they were able to help me find the right place. After booking they answered all of my questions to help me plan what I would do while in Aspen and Snowmass. Before check in they even checked in with me to make sure I had received the instructions! Check in could not have been easier. After check in they again texted to make sure everything was as expected and to see if I had any questions. Itrip also easily accommodated a last minute extension of my stay. Lichenharth 24 itself was the perfect unit for us. It is exactly as advertised, can comfortably sleep and accommodate 6 for sleeping and dining and is stocked with everything you can think of to cook a meal. The unit had great views from the patio and was very comfortable for hanging out when not out and about. The beds were great, bedding and towels superb and the supplied soaps and shampoos were fantastic. The only thing possibly better than the unit itself was its amazing location. We were just steps from the pool and hot tub and probably about 25 yards from the lower village entrance, the free gondola to the upper village, and of course hiking and biking trails. We loved all the dining, hiking and biking right up in the Snowmass village we had and were just a short ride to much more of everything in Aspen. Lichenharth 24, Kim, Kim, Paddy and rest the of the itrip team far surpassed what we expected and we will definitely be back!

What a nice cottage to stay for a week in Naples. A wonderful home with a pool and private yard, also great if you have a pet. The area is quiet, not far from major shopping and beach. We had a wonderful time in Naples, was able to have time to relax, enjoy the beach, pool and family. Will keep this on my list to stay when we return to Naples, FL.

We loved our spring break trip. The house was very clean and you had the smell of bleach as you walked in (which was reassuring for us). The view is wonderful. I loved seeing the beach every morning. The pool was nice and warm. We brought our Alexa and listened to music at the pool. The house was plenty big for the 4 of us. My daughter stayed downstairs and felt like she had her own apartment. There were no issues with the elevator. I could not believe how close to the beach we were! The beach where we were at was not crowded at all. It was like we had our own area. It was an added bonus that the house had beach chairs that were in nice condition. There were also some sand toys already there. The house had 5 beach towels which we knew so didn’t need to pack any of that. We cooked everyday and kitchen was equipped enough to do so. I didn’t find the fact that there were not stairs from the back deck to the pool or a walkout to the pool that big of a deal. There is a house being built across the street but that didn’t bother us either. It was not loud. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed Cedars #53. It is very well located with an easy walk/ski to the Quicksilver lift and walking access to everywhere in town. The information provided in advance for check in was very smooth and the same was true for check out. We were pretty self sufficient, but when we needed a parking pass, Carla was very quick to respond and deliver one to the condo. We loved the Hot Tub in the Atrium and used it every day. Kitchen was well equipped and the whole experience was terrific!

The accommodations are terrific! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has absolutely everything you could need. The decor is top notch. Our only comment would be the master bedroom and bath have very little to no storage for clothes and toiletries. Because our trip was in the summer this was not much of a problem, but I believe wintertime would be a different issue because you need so many more clothes. We would stay here again.

Serenity was a wonderful place to stay and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The condo is so open and full of light! The two bedrooms are nice in size which made our stay comfortable. The porch was amazing and we spend most of our time there enjoying the weather and watching the dolphins at night. Check-in and check-out were so easy and communication with the owners was timely. The condo was just as described online. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in #305 Kimball Lodge. It was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The property was right on the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only thing missing was a blender, so no frozen tropical drinks on the lanai :(. We would definitely plan a return visit next time we are at Sanibel.

If you like Moose, this is the only place to stay! Every room has Moose pictures, pillows or art and it adds to the living spaces. The condo was clean, easy to find and the simplest in and out process that I've had with vacation rentals. one surprise: I thought that the attached garage parking was simply an unnecessary luxury, but I loved being able to leave things in the car and know that they were safe overnight. I'll be looking for attached garages in future rentals.

This house is lovely! Our kids enjoyed the sand pit and we loved fishing in the backyard! This house is a short walk to the beach. We are sad to say goodbye and head home. Until next time! Had very nice stay. Please check sink faucet in bathroom, flow of water from faucet was insufficient. Outdoor shower for this unit was missing, not a problem as we didn't need it. Parking was a little difficult with the large trailered boat next to the building behind this complex. I would still recommend this place. It was clean, the appliances were modern and worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The view from the balcony porch was great.

It was always a comfortable atmosphere. The features especially appealing for this condo is that it could accommodate a large family or two smaller ones at the same time. Another big plus is ski-in and ski-out access. If you ski for several days or anytime with kids, the activity schedule can vary so much that the opportunity to come or go to the condo during the day without "packing up" is huge! At the end of each day being able to get to the hot tub, and see it from the condo is a very nice arrangement. A few minutes there, and something to eat and usually it was early to bed so we could go again the next day! For those who want to party, the base hotspots are a close walk. A very nice arrangement.

This home was truly amazing from top to bottom.Check in was extremely fast keyless entry and the security directs you to exactly where you need to go .The inside was extremely welcoming decor was beautiful.I would book this again again and again very spacious and private .close to shopping centers for all of your needs I would recommend renting a car but lyft and uber works as well I love this place and I will be back

My husband and I could not be happier with our stay. From the beautiful sunrises over the bay to the breathtaking sunsets across the street at the beach it was beautiful!! The condo was perfect for us. We were able to have our family visit and enjoy the spacious balcony and view. If I could make one recommendation, it would be more towel racks in the bathroom and hooks on the doors for the bath towels. Other than that, perfect stay. We look forward to staying in this same unit again and again!!

The house is clean, bright, simple and comfortable in the best ways! My favorite is the outdoor space, all the house looks out at the pool! The pool is clean and fun with the most adorable solar flamingos floating around! I love sitting in the hot tub looking out at the pool and garden. It has such a calm enjoyable atmosphere. AND the living room sliding doors can be opened so you feel like you’re with everyone even if they are in the living room. The couch and chairs in the living room are so comfy. I also liked the rug, it was clean, soft, and nice to squish my toes in (just like in die hard ;) The kitchen is a good design, easy to use… even with a lot of folks. Also the stools at the center counter were perfect Love the semi-circle driveway, makes it easy to come and go or have folks over. We have enjoyed every minute here! The townhouse is perfectly located for whatever you want to do in the area. We especially enjoyed the views of the nature preserve, what an amazing view at any point of the day. Must say after a long day in the cold and slopes, the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. This condo was perfect for our family. We had enough space for everyone, it was very comfortable, very clean, and the location was great. We were able to walk to town, or have an easy drive to nearby beaches. The pool area was wonderful- not too crowded but plenty of families enjoying the area. It was quiet at night, and our beds were really comfortable. The condo was well kept and had everything we needed. Overall excellent experience!

This place is amazing! It's clean, very well decorated with comfortable furniture. There's extra touches, such as handsoaps at all sinks, cleaning products in kitchen, paper towels & extra tp. No need to bring beach chairs & towels - they're provided. Another positive is the condo location is SO close to pool & beach walkway. There were 4 adults in our group & we had plenty of room. We took advantage of the free admission to area attractions that came with the booking, this is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this place

The condo looks exactly as is shown in the pictures - no discrepancies. We enjoyed our stay in this condo and would stay again if we bring our young grandchildren with us - I think this location is ideally suited for young children. The beach area is perfect and there is a lot of green space for people to visit and sunbathe on. The only drawback would be for teenagers - which we had 3 of. There isn't much for them to do in this area, and Lahaina is 15-20 minutes away. I would have no hesitancy in staying here again, but I might wait a few years until my boys are on their own and then my husband and I could thoroughly enjoy the quiet - or come back next year with the young grandchildren, like I said earlier.

This little spot was perfect for a girls trip. Great location and proximity to downtown, restaurants, and the beaches. We enjoyed our stay very much! The beds were great, but the sofa left much to be desired. We found ourselves uncomfortable when watching tv at night. Also, we couldn't find bedding for the pull out couch when we unfolded it to try and make tv binge sessions a little more comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and clean. Code didn't work to enter in through the garage, which was just a minor inconvenience. Thank you!

Me and my wife had a really great time at prime time. Great location, we ran are inflatable all over the place. Ran to Sea Camp ,picnic Island and the furthest we ran to content key. Only a half hour to Key West by car went there three times during the windy days. We went to Islamorada and met friends one day also. Primetime was clean and a great place to stay for the month. This was our first big trip in retirement and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would love to do it again.!!!

We booked Tarpon in Bonita Beach for a "family retreat". It had been nearly 10 years since my mother died and we were all able to get together as a family in one place. My father's Birthday 91st Birthday was December 12th. I am one of 5 children and all of my siblings were able to come along with spouses & some first cousins. The Tarpon Resort was a PERFECT choice for us. It is beautifully decorated, extremely neat and clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The small riverway in the back- set the scene for a calm and serene, perfect setting. Nicely furnished, fully equipped with lots of pots & pans, dishes, etc. GREAT BACK Porch. WE LOVED IT.

My family (2 kids (6.5 & 11.5 yrs), 2 adults) spent 3 nights at 21C on Upper Woodbridge Rd. This was one of the nicest, most organized, and well managed places we’ve stayed in Colorado during our last 3 years of having a multi-mountain ski pass. We found the place w/o any problems. It was clean, very tastefully decorated, and comfortable. All the necessary amenities were available in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was even a wine fridge in the kitchen! Firewood and fire starter were provided, which allowed us to make a wonderful fire each night after skiing, The place has an efficient, but spacious layout, and we found it worked great for our small family. We found it easier to walk/ski to Assay Hill lift vs ride the bus, but either option works. We didn’t end up using the hot tub as the nights were quite cold and it was a bit of a walk outside to get there, so we can’t comment on it. The iTrip staff were very responsive to my questions regarding the area and made us feel welcome from the moment we made the reservation. There’s a digital IPad to facilitate checkin/out with lots of helpful information on the place (eg., how to turn on the TV, bus schedule, etc.) as well as helpful information about the area.

We had a great experience staying 3 nights at Powder Run. The location is excellent! A five minute walk to Snow Park Lodge where we valeted our skis and boots for free the whole time. In the morning we took a leisurely walk over, got into our equipment, and right in line to the lift we went. Not as much action in Deer Valley but we Ubered to Main Street, Park City at night for more fun!

We recently spent time here to view the fall colors of the area. We found this beautifully renovated condo to be a perfect choice. It was immaculately clean, the master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The seventh -floor view of the lake and shoreline was beautiful especially at sunrise. We enjoyed the electric fireplace each evening and the enclosed balcony with its hanging egg chair was perfect for relaxing. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to enjoy the shops, restaurants, bars, & bathhouses downtown; yet it provided such a perfect place away from the crowds and hustle bustle. We will return hopefully for the racing season.

This is a great place to stay and relax. The pool and being on the golf course overlooking the mountains was magical from morning to night. Furnishings in the home were well above standard and the courtyard in the mornings was a wonderful place to have coffee next to the fountain. Excellent home but a little ways from the main part of town. Not a big deal but allow an extra 15 minutes to major dining areas. I will highly recommend this home. No pets are allowed which we prefer. You will love it!

We just stayed at this condo and we had a great experience! Great location, plenty of space for the two of us, pretty much everything you need. The only drawback from this building is there is not any ski lockers to store your equipment. But there is plenty of tiled space just inside the door with great hooks on the wall to hang jackets, gloves and such. Also the management company was quick to answer any questions we had via text! We will return!

We visited Fort Worth for TCU’s graduation. The Navi Cottage is located a short distance away from campus. It is also not very far from the main trailhead for Trinity Trails if you are interested in riding a bike and/or walking or jogging on the trail. Shopping and restaurants nearby too.

People upstairs near the end of our stay were noisy but other than that it was a good stay. This double condo unit uniquely combines to have a large living room and kitchen plus 5 bedrooms and 4 baths (2 master Kings with en-suite, and two ‘hallway baths’). We were three couples and found the kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and plenty of room for all; made for a great week of skiing, cooking, gaming and resting! Only complaint was lack of good lighting in kitchen and over DR table; really needs under counter lights and some bright overheads (rather than dull fan lights). MB closets have large water heaters, so hanging space was limited, and other closets have quite a bit of stuff stored…but amble dressers and we used bunk room for extra space. Fireplace was a charm (gas) and views/sunsets were awesome. Real surprise and highlight was the great towels (high quality) and superb support from iTrips and iTrip shuttle service. Super efficient, friendly and responsive; great company to do business with! (Thank you owners for adding shuttle service and using iTrips!). Loved steamboat and Ridgecrest 101 served us well.

Location was perfect with the beach access right across the street. Approx a 5 minute walk. The beach wasn't too crowded. Home was very spacious. It was also very clean when we arrived. Having a full size washer and dryer was very convenient. We had problems with the AC but it was quickly resolved as soon as we called. Easy access to the pool (literally a few steps from the door). It's nice to have 2 designated parking spaces for the unit. If you have more than 2 cars, finding parking can be difficult. We noticed that the dining table was slightly wobbly and so as the bunk bed, may need to be tightened/secured. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This past weekend myself and 7 girls stayed @ 90 Forest Drive in SeaPines. Before arrival, Peter (I believe he's in charge of rentals, and cleanup etc.) was beyond helpful. I had to call him several times prior to the trip to confirm certain things and what not, and he was so pleasant and kind, very helpful! Our house was gorgeous! Extremely clean, equipped with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The house was well kept, up to date, In perfect condition. There's a hot tub on the back deck, it was cleaned; we used it every night. The neighborhood is private, quiet, and perfect! The back yard was extremely private, with woods surrounding. Our neighbors never came out, the neighborhood was never loud. One morning we woke up to ppl cleaning the hot tub and landscaping the yard. SeaPines has more to do and see and places to eat, we never went out of the resort. It's beautiful. The entire stay was just wonderful! On our return home, Peter yet again went above and beyond great management. We searched the house a hundred times prior to leaving, but somehow we left a couple of items, Peter contacted me and told me he would mailed them back to me! Never at any place I've stayed have we ever been called when we left an item. Most places do not care. He was so nice, and went out of his way to call me and let me know we left items, and he could get them back to us. We also accidentally took the pool key with us, and he just kindly ask for me to mail it back the next day, was not mad, never said "you'll have to pay for that if you don't get it back to me" nothing mean, just simply asked me to send it back to him for the next guests. Excellent customer service! Ask for him if you book in SeaPines! Our stay was beyond superb, and we will definitely be back, and would recommend this house AND Peter to help accommodate your stay, to anyone!

Week starting Feb 25, 2023. This condo is exceptionally nice, well appointed and well stocked. Nice closet set-up, kitchen, laundry room and bedroom and closet. Also the bathroom was exceptional. Access to the ski lift is close and easy. The iTrip team (Josh) was super responsive with any questions and concerns. We have rented with iTrip and at Lichenhearth previously and will continue to do so.

We had family in town and reserved this home for a long weekend. It was spectacular. The home itself is beautifully decorated, lots of room, beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, the sun-room is very peaceful, and the home is in a good location (15 minutes to the lake, lots of restaurants around). iTrip was a breeze to work with and very responsive to our questions. Nice bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

We stayed at the unit on a getaway for my wife and I. We've been skiing all season and been to many to different resorts. Park City is our favorite and the unit we stayed in was absolutely perfect. Everything from the location to the condo was exactly what we were looking for in Aspen. We had a 5-7 minute walk into town (restaurants, shops, downtown) which was extremely convenient. We come to Aspen each year in June and this condo was the perfect quiet getaway in the mountains - looking forward to returning in the future!

Rented condo for 5 days, But a family illness put us one day behind. We were given directions for our check In a few days before we arrived. Anyway the condo was great very clean and well kept. The views from both balconies were perfect. Pictures were accurate Nice pool and grilling area. You can walk to most everything you will need. Make sure you rent a wave runner from flying high in Johns Pass. All very professional people we went twice! The only thing was and it was a small issue the kitchen ceiling fan could be replaced. It was a great stay and would return next year!!

Quiet, relaxed living area in excellent location within a block of trendy El Paseo with its fashionable street cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Large well equipped kitchen and living area with good essential supplies for a two week stay. Nice master bedroom and ensuite. Second bedroom adequate. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Poor natural light but excellent internal lighting with dimmers. Handy B-B-Q on patio. Current dinning table chairs are too low. Small hot water tank with 2 shower limit. TVs need updating. Lovely quiet clean pool area. 2 nice tennis courts. Private parking with 2 slots. Easy check in / out with good prompt support when contacted. Overall assessment excellent! We would stay here again!

I have been coming to Maui for the past 15 years, and have stayed at Napili Shores in various units, and this has been hands down the best unit. The vaulted ceilings makes the unit seem 10x bigger, it’s bright with natural light, it stayed cool day and night, and was very clean. Parking and access to the beach was a breeze. This unit overlooks one of the swimming pools, hot tub, and bbq’s. We were able to look to see if the hot tub was full before walking down. Drink refills was a 10 second walk back to the room. Being on the second story, we had privacy from beautiful plumeria trees, and we didn’t have to deal with people walking by us while we sat out on the porch. The Gazebo restaurant is a must while you visit, the lines are always long. It’s a 60 second walk from your room, which means you don’t have the people standing in line looking into your room. We called a to go order in, and ate by the pool. Beach chairs, boogie boards, board games, movies, and Apple TV that we were able to log into our Netflix was all provided. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

This condo couldn’t have been more perfect for our visit. Close to family, stunning view, super comfy beds, lovely and convenient amenities, everything you could ever need in the kitchen, and a cozy spot to hang with family. We would 100% book here again. Short walk to the Village and the Base, hiking/biking right out the door, easy parking, and lots of little extra conveniences (luggage carts, elevator, grill, comfy deck, lotion for the dry air, adult hot tub, etc. - lots of really nice touches). We spent 5 nights in Unit 339. The location is excellent for us as we were attending a conference at the Chateau Whistler which is only steps away. Great amenities in the immediate surrounding area. The unit was clean and well equipped. Our only complaint is that the 'king sized bed' is actually two twin mattresses pushed together. Invariably one of us slept in the 'crack'.

This place is awesome! We stayed with another family and all had enough space and didn’t feel on top of each other. Loved the location and homely feel. Felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed easy access to slopes and restaurants. If I have to find only one suggestion for improvement it would be for the playboy puzzle canister. Wow! What a beautiful location and condo! We loved our stay on Orange Beach. Waking up, drinking coffee on the balcony, listening to and being captivated by the waves! We could see the Dolphins jumping in the water nearly every morning. The Condo was well supplied with everything we needed. Free Wifi helped us do a little work while on our trip! The house is in excellent condition, just as advertised, and a perfect location. We had a wonderful time on Oak Island and at the house and would definitely return. Very well furnished with ample seating and dining areas. The rocking chairs on the porches looking out to the beach were great. The kitchen was generally well-furnished but some of the pots/pans have seen better days. The grill on the deck off the kitchen was perfectly located (instead of on the ground, two floors down). Upon arrival, there were several broken chairs around the pool that the management company took care of that day. We did have to wait about 45 minutes after we were supposed to get into the house while the cleaning service finished, which wasn't a major issue, but could have caused problems for folks coming in with groceries. The only real gripe we had was the linen service only provided a single towel and washcloth per person, meaning we were washing towels daily. Overall, a great house for staying on Oak Island.

We were excited to try Beaver Creek/Avon for the first time. The condo was just as we were hoping it would be—roomy enough for the 6 of us, close enough for an easy drive to the mountain for long days of skiing (both Beaver Creek and Vail) and comfortable enough to enjoy both dinners at home grilled out on the patio and fires in the fireplace! Perfect Christmas break vacation with our family! The Avon Recreation center is 2 minutes away where we could start the day with a workout/hot tub/sauna, we found a wonderful place for a massage basically across the street from the recreation center (Dreams Float and Massage) …the location of the condo was great for us! So much to explore! The condo was clean, the management team was easy to work with and SO responsive and kind. I HIGHLY recommend working with this group or renting this specific condo! Can’t say enough!!

Stayed at the lovely home for 4 nights with my family. We were looking for a nice home that would give us the feeling of being on 'vacation'. This home had everything - it was beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of room for our family (6 adults, 3 kids), TVs in every room... iTrip was great, they offered us an early check-in on day of arrival and even allowed us an extra hour on check-out day. Check-in was effortless (and contactless), so we felt 'safe'. Had a nice welcome basket waiting for us with wine, sparkling water, snacks and hand sanitizer. Home was just a few minutes to the lake and there were a few restaurants around that were doing dine-in, so the location was good. We will definitely stay here again - had a nice time in a very lovely home.

Just completed our stay at this beautiful Townhome. The pictures do not do it justice. It was even more than we expected, centrally located to shopping and close to theme parks such as Disney World. It was great to end the day at its family water park with the lazy river, water slides, golfing, hot tub, music, ice cream for kids and adults drinks for us to wind down for the day. I would highly recommend this Townhome.

The condo was perfect for our family of 10. It was very clean and comfortable. They provided the basic necessities and some extra. The location was great 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 min walk to the pool. Parking worked out well, you park under the condo but any vehicle should fit we drove a lifted 250 and it still fit under the condo in the parking space. Good amount of steps so if you’re taking older people or crawling babies consider that. iTrip kept in touch during our stay and provided us with lots of helpful information.

We stayed at the modern Cabin for 5 days and it was great! I had my 2 granddaughters visiting from out of state, and they loved the "dorm" upstairs, and really loved the hot tub. This little cabin is just outside of the main street area, so is nice and quiet, but still close to town. We got ice cream from Ice Cream Alley, and lunch at McCall Brewing, and did some fun shopping downtown. We also discovered the Upper Payette where we spent most of our beach time, it was uncrowded, and just perfect for lazy summer afternoons floating on our giant swim island raft. I would recommend this place to anyone, the downstairs bedrooms have comfortable king size beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and they had streaming channels available for guests for when you 're in for the night. This cabin is perfect for a family get away.

The location and house was great for our three generation family. The views from the living space, two of the bedrooms, and deck were perfect. With the windows open. The sounds of the ocean fill the house. The beach is fabulous. Many beach fire setups high on the beach and most of the time the beach was very quiet. We didn’t bring our dog, but it seemed like it was a great beach for dogs. The house was clean and everything worked great aside from a few window screens and windows. The windows that did work were enough to keep the house ventilated and comfortable. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. They don’t ask you to do much and leave the heavy lifting for the cleaning service. It was very nice to have such an easy and smooth stay. The property was safe for our two young children and the grandparents didn’t have any issues either.

This house is outstanding and the view is absolutely gorgeous it’s equipped with everything that you need from a toaster, brewing coffee machine, washer&dryer, towels and linen it’s very very close to the village. Observations, the pool is not heated, the master bedroom has no WiFi signal and there is only one TV in the house, which is located in the living room, again this is not a complaint just an observation as I know a lot of people like to have TVs in their bedrooms, this house only has one TV in the living room, cable was good no issues watching movies at the end of a busy day.

Wonderful 5 week stay on Sand Key in this great Crescent Beach Club condo right on the beach. Condo was as described with the perfect view of the beach and dolphins every day. 6 of us - 2 couples, and 2 singles - enjoyed the townhouse for a week. I picked it primarily for its location, and I’m feeling good about my decision. The ski in/out through the downstairs bedrooms were a concern, but it worked out fine. I’ve stayed in nicer places, and I’ve stayed in worse. This place, I’d consider “adequate”. The beds were all very comfortable - thank you for that important detail. We had humidifiers and fans in all rooms. The kitchen and LR were fine. The bathrooms were ok - nothing fancy, just ok. The place itself was fine. The ski in/out is great. it doesn’t get much better. I will return and I can recommend this to others who don’t require lots of luxury we had a car, but we used the free shuttle service a couple times for group dinner outings. it worked out great

We are in town because my husband had a kidney transplant. Staying in a hotel for two months did not seem like a good place for healing. This condo is clean, not too large but large enough to accommodate my husband, mother-in-law, and myself. Two bedrooms and two full baths, walk-in closet, internet, and cable in a gated community. Dishes, pots, and pans are in the unit so I could cook meals instead of ordering out. We arrived and everything we needed to relax for a couple of days was included in the stay. A washing machine and dryer (with pods) allowed me to wash the hospital out of our clothes. This was our first time using VRBO and Itrips and will definitely use it again and refer. There are stairs to enter the condo but they are inside-not outside in the heat (just an FYI for anyone that can not walk upstairs). My mother-in-law has trouble with stairs at home but she was ok going up.

My family booked and stayed at the Surfmaster Penthouse L the week of Labor day recently and could not have been more pleased with the accomodations and wonderful relaxing week we had. We went through VRBO and David and Jan were great to deal with. The condo is one of the best we have ever stayed at in our 10+ years vacationing in Garden City and especially at the Surfmaster. From the furnishings to the kitchen, the great movie collection, wonderfully comfortable furniture, great closet of beach toys, and your own private hot tub we didn't need a thing. The very minimal maintenance issues we had were responded to immediately by the people who service the property and resolved them completely. Great place to spend some time recharging the batteries and we plan to be back next year.

The apartment was perfect, decorated with lots of joy and fun, really comfortable, perfectly convenient to grocery shopping and all kinds of restaurants, not to mention the beach and a plethora of Tiki bars. I went there to do some writing and spent a lot of time on the balcony with the lovely view of the shoreline. The only small considerations are that you have to go to the beach to see the sunset, the noise from the road can be intrusive sometimes, and if you're cooking in the apartment you have to provide everything like oil, S&P, any spices, baggies, etc. Just be forewarned. Fortunately there's a Publix right across the road.

We've only been home a few weeks and we are already counting down the months until we return to #5307 Hampton Place in Palmetto Dunes. The condo was so well equipped with every convenience we would ever need; the furnishings and decor are tastefully and professionally done and comfortable; and we never tire of the spectacular beach view. Besides the beautiful weather and the fabulous condo, our 2016 trip was made even better by Peter Moersen of Low Country Coastal Rentals who made sure of every little detail of our month-long stay. He answered our emails and texts promptly and cheerfully, addressed our questions and fixed any (little) issues we had. His welcome package had helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities and 'how-to's" for the internet and appliances. We look forward to working with Peter over the coming years for our annual trips to Hilton Head and we have already recommended him to friends!

We stayed at Gig’s beach house and had a fantastic time. The location, open floor layout, room size and proximity to golf and the beach were exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I are planning on bringing my two boys back to IOP this summer and will look at Gigi‘s Beach House as an option again.

This is a perfect home for a beach vacation! The view is unbeatable. I have stayed on the island several times and this is a wonderful location. Easy access to the trolley, shops and restaurants!

Great condo and perfect location in walking distance to food, shopping, drinks and fun! Unit 1215 was an amazing spacious condo. Everything is in great condition, clean, and the air conditioner cooled throughout heat of the day.

We are always nervous when we open the door for the first time to a rental. Will it live up to the photos? Well, this place is like the pictures. The kitchen is very nice and it is the best-equipped we’ve ever rented. Pans, spatulas, corkscrew, baking sheets—whatever you might need. And, soooo very clean everywhere. Really nice bathrooms, very large 1st bedroom and the other bedrooms are good sized too. The community pool is really large. The grocery store and a restaurant right around the corner (walking). Close to old town Scottsdale (driving). The patio has a fire pit & grill. However, it’s shaded the whole day. Disappointing in February, probably welcome in later months.

This home was not only beautiful, it was centrally located for trips into Charleston and Savannah. It worked out perfectly for our girls trip with a bedroom and bathroom for each of us. The owners were attentive and helpful.

It has been over 8 years since I took my kids on a vacation and Fourwinds did not let us down. The condo was great! 703 was extremely clean and not to mention the perfect size for myself and 4 teenagers. I will book here again! Thank you

Our family of nine just enjoyed a week in this home at North Myrtle Beach. The home is located such to allow for access to the beautiful beach as well as food and shopping options while allowing us to social distance during the coronavirus pandemic. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We cooked amazing meals and all ate together around the large dining room table. We all had a great time and highly recommend this home and beach location.

The 2 bedroom condo is fabulous. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony right at the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here! Felt like home. Be aware of $44 resort fee.

We truly enjoyed our stay on the Island and taking time together to relax after the busy holidays. The unit was absolutely pristine inside and had all of the amenities needed. Plenty of towels for our family and beach towels for the hot tubs. The boys played golf while the girls visited the shopping in Cedar Lake. We also took a nice hike around the island. We enjoyed letting the deer and ducks eat right out of our hands! Definitely a place we plan to visit again!

We stayed at The Willow while in town visiting family and absolutely loved everything about the home! It was newly renovated and you could tell. Bright colors throughout the home, beautifully decorated, high-end finishes, comfortable beds, nice backyard (with private pool and hot tub), and the management company was the cherry on top. Check-in was seamless, we were offered a late-check-out, and were left a very nice welcome gift that included wine, sparkling water and snacks. Highly recommend The Willow and we'll definitely be back.
