You will not find a better home in the entire region to enjoy all the Willamette Valley has to offer. This is brand new construction was recently completed with countless details and custom finishes to bring our guests the most incredible experience possible.

This single-level open floor plan offers every bedroom complete with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. There is an additional shared powder room in the main area. The sofa-bed in the renovated garage is available for extra sleeping as well. The living area is large and open, with loads of custom finishes everywhere. Just open the French doors to the huge patio and prepare to relax and enjoy some of the best views in the region. From the vineyards and the wildlife to the sunsets , you will want to spend every moment you can out here with your friends and family.

Inside, if you wish to enjoy some TV or relax in the evening, there is a big screen TV in the main living area. The kitchen is a chef's paradise with too many high-end finishes and customizations to list. It has everything you could want for your stay. A large and comfortable dining area is part of the open floor plan as well so you never have to miss out on the views, the friends, and the laughs.

If you proceed to the garage, there is another large seating area with an additional big screen TV and ping pong table. One of the best features of this room is it has its own heating and cooling which makes this space comfortable year round.

Whether you've been to Oregon's wine region or are coming for the first time, there is not a better home in the region from which to enjoy it. It was built with the sole purpose of providing an unforgettable experience in one of the great wine regions of the world.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

This house was amazing! The front yard views of the forest were just as amazing the backyard views of the vineyards. The house was immaculate and beautifully laid out with three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. We will definitely return!

The Farmhouse was absolutely perfect! From the stunning views off the deck to the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the home, it exceeded all of our expectations. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, as were all of the bathrooms — we truly just had to show up. The staff stayed in touch and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything, but honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we lacked. The location is also ideal — just minutes from several local wineries and downtown Carlton. Highly recommend!

The Quandary Farmhouse is without a doubt one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The views from the enormous patio are fantastic. We sat out there for hours enjoying every moment of it we could. The furnishing and decor is fantastic and the game room in the garage was lots of fun. Communication with the management company was seamless. We are looking forward to returning as often as possible!

The property was beautiful. It looked like it was a demo house for HGTV and everything was purposely curated to be an experience. We used the property for a corporate offsite. It was a great spacing and every bedroom has its own ensuite. I highlight recommend this property for weddings, corporate offsites, and family gatherings. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and the house was immaculately clean.

The Quandary Farmhouse is an amazing property - quality comfortable. The views are magnificent and the area so peaceful and relaxing. The house is a short drive to many of the area wineries. This is the second year we have stayed and we were again so impressed and pleased with our stay - I am sure we will be back again. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed in this beautiful new home with another couple in early October and could not have been happier with the experience. The home has a vineyard right in the backyard (which supplies grapes to Elk Cove and other wineries) and a spacious deck with views of the mountains and a little fire pit in one of the tables. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and dining necessities, and we made good use of the grill on the deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. We’re already talking about making a return trip to this same property!

The Quandary Farmhouse was completely amazing. The views are fantastic - postcard views in a quiet secluded hillside. The house was very well done and classy, great kitchen, great amenities, we super enjoyed ourselves and would go back in a heartbeat. It was well suited for relaxing and visiting wineries both north and south of the property - with beautiful drives. We highly recommend this 5-star+ property!

We were extremely pleased with everything about this property. We were a group of 5 families and booked both homes at Quandary. Style, location, views, cleanliness, all a 10/10. It was evident that an immense amount of care and thought went into every detail. From the linens and towels to the toiletries provided, every single item was thoughtfully selected to provide guests with the ultimate experience. Great recommendations for activities including a private chef and wineries to visit. Would return and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here. My Husband and I along with 2 other couples just got back from a 5 day stay at Farmhouse at a Quandary Vineyards in Yamhill OR.The day re arrived the hillsides were started to green up it was so pretty.Ended up having a pretty good snow day since they don’t get much snow there if any.I just have to say that it made the hillsides and Vineyards that much prettier.We enjoyed it actually,and we are from Nebraska?. We stayed at the Farmhouse but got to tour the other house called the Gables which was bigger.They were both beyond what I expected.Decorated simple but beautiful.The beds were amazing,King size all of us raved on and on about the beds and bedding.The evenings were peaceful and quite with a few nights of hearing Bullfrogs.The garages at both houses are converted into a gaming area with a big t.v.and furniture.I could go on and on about these two houses.It’s a perfect get away for Couples,Friends or a Girl Friends getaway.I would love to go back during the harvesting of the grapes.A person can sit on the deck of either house and watch from there while sipping on a glass of wine made from the grapes right in front of you.The owners you can tell take a lot of pride in their property it shows inside and out.I give our experience, the houses and scenery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️?

The Farmhouse was lovely and we would definitely stay again. The beds and duvets were cozy and comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked of any rental we have stayed in. The best surprise was the full size quality branded shampoo, conditioner and body wash as I have never seen that in a rental! My only recommendations to improve would be to add heavy blankets that can be taken taken outside for those chilly/cold days and to add a cocktail shaker and glasses. A beautiful home in a beautiful setting, thank you.

This home was well decorated and designed to allow privacy in the bedroom suites and a fabulous gathering space. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck were as close to perfect as it comes -- views of the vineyards and farms and complete quiet made this the perfect home for a getaway!

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a girls trip, which had been rescheduled several times due to COVID. The manager was so friendly, flexible and made it easy to postpone so many times. He offered very helpful suggestions for grocery delivery as well. The house is incredible. It’s roomy, comfortable and has everything you need. We hired private chefs two of the nights, and the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen gadgets. The views are 10 stars. We had so many spiritual moments on the property just being in nature. We would love to come back to this amazing place.

Property was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. It was close enough to activities, yet private enough to feel like we had Oregon to ourselves! We were most impressed with the kitchen, which was used for our stay in night of cooking. It was stocked with every tool and dish that was needed for us to produce a beautiful meal. My wife and I rented the home as a change of scenery during Covid. A place to work from a different home than normal. The house is quite lovely, with a very nice kitchen, great bathrooms, and a wonderful view. Everything (couches, beds, chairs, etc.) is very comfortable and stylish. Everything felt fairly new and/or well maintained. When the sun was out, we ate lunch outside on the porch, and we cooked dinner basically every night in what was a very solid kitchen. You can hear crickets and frogs from a lake in the distance at night. Very relaxing. Also, I didn't see any reviews that mentioned this prior to booking, so I had to ask the property manager: yes, the house has high-speed internet. Was getting 30-ish Mb/s in most of the main room, but you could get upwards of 50+ in the converted garage area (where the Wifi router is). Pretty darned good for being on a vineyard. My wife and I both conducted full-quality video calls perfectly well, and were able to stream Netflix to both TVs. It was very consistent, and never gave us any problems. Never really had to think about it, which is great. Corey was great to work with, and answered any questions we had almost immediately. 10/10, will stay again. One of the best homes we've rented.

This house is a great choice for 3 couples. The surrounding area is gorgeous with amazing vineyard and valley views. The game room is an added bonus. The beds and baths are SO comfortable with lovely linens and amenities. The kitchen is any chef's dream. And, the full-size laundry room is a great addition for any long-term stay. Our group found this house to be a perfect choice and we would return without a doubt, should our travel plans bring us back to the beautiful Willamette Valley. This was the perfect place for three couples - longtime friends meeting up from Michigan and Texas - to spend four wonderful nights close to wineries / hiking and charming towns with excellent restaurants, not too far from Portland. We loved that we each had our own mini-suites with full baths and extremely comfortable beds/bedding. Attention to detail and decor in this home is incredible and the view from the covered porch just beautiful. The kitchen was equipped well for in home meals. We can't say enough good things. The home would also be ideal for a family vacation. We were also very appreciative of the responsiveness to questions. Thank you for making this reunion a lovely experience.
