Treasure Island stay

Overall our stay was great. The location is prime and we loved it! The room was clean for the most part but I did notice little things like the living room had pretzel crumbs and the bathroom was not super clean. The bathroom can use an upgrade and paint job. Little things like only having one roll of toilet paper was annoying to me! The mattress pad had stains on it. The place was decent but if you can make some quality upgrades, it would have a wow factor! Oh, and the dishwasher was not working for some reason. We found this out as we were checking out and didn’t have time to was the couple of dishes we had left. Left a note for the cleaners

We came to Treasure Island with the expectation of a relaxing vacation in a beautiful place and we were not disappointed!__The condo is located on the beach. I will let you know that it is a bit of a walk to the shore but it’s worth the trip. The beach is just beautiful. The pool was wonderful, lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas!! __The condo itself was very nice. The couch in the living room was a little worn but comfy. Everything you need is provided. You will have a few starter supplies but may need additional TP and paper towels depending on your length of stay. __The bed was so comfy and we were able to do all the laundry before we left so it just made unpacking so much easier when we got__home. __This condo had a few beach chairs but they were not loungers. You will need a bigger blanket or beach towel if you want to flip over lol. We did leave a few beach towels there for the next guests. Also there is no beach umbrella in the condo which is a must have. We were lucky enough to have a nice lady downstairs offer to let us borrow one for the week. If you have a collapsible beach tent you can pack, perfect. The rental lounge chairs on the beach are $45 per chair per day and $20 a day for the umbrella. A little pricey for my taste. __Another thing you can do is rent chairs and an umbrella from a company iTrip has listed under the Fun Free Program. It’s pretty reasonable. We made due with what we had and it was great. __There is plenty of things to do, see, eat and shop at. Sloppy Joe’s is awesome as well as Boulevard Burger and the Friendly Fisherman at John’s Pass. Middle Ground was also wonderful for a more upscale dinner and our waiter was fantastic. Pirate’s Cove Gifts across the street has great prices for souvenirs and the people who work there are fabulous. Surf Style has great stuff but $$ for sure. __Treasure Island is one of the best beach destinations we have been to and the condo we had (South Beach Resort

I stayed for three weeks in the South Beach Condo Hotel on Treasure Island from mid February to early March. The one bedroom condo was very pleasant, cozy, clean, and quiet. Everything you need was provided in the unit. And the management team run by Liz and Charles is amazingly responsive! This is third or fourth time I’ve used their services, they return requests for assistance in a very timely manner, and I recommend them highly. Very professional and helpful people. Thanks once again for helping to make my vacation a fun and relaxing time!

We enjoyed the condo and the amenities. We had everything we needed. The pool, shuffle board and hammocks were relaxing. So many restaurants to choose from. The host was very quick to respond to questions. From walking the beach to hiking paths, there was always something to do. We will stay here again!

South Beach Condos was a great place to stay. We had unit 607 What a great view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Nice to also have washer and dryer. Liz & Charles and the crew at iTrip are awesome to deal with. They responded with in a few minutes to any questions or concerns we had. Definitely would recommend them to anyone traveling to that area. We liked it so much we are going to book with them again in 2025.

This was the first time we were at South Beach Condos. The beach was beautiful. It is wide, so we brought along a beach wagon for all our gear. The advantage was that the beach was never crowded even though we were on spring break. We had a little problem when we arrived because the keys were not in the box. However, we texted the number provided and someone was there with the keys within five minutes! I would definitely book here again. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We watched the sunset from our balcony every night.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for many restaurants/shops/beaches within walking distance. Condo was nice with friendly staff. Easy check in process but note that condo staff does not manage this property. Everything is through Itrip, which was not an issue. They were very responsive with any issues.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed to enjoy the week! Even beach chairs, cooler, sand toys! How comfortable and enjoyable! We had an issue with hair dryer and was responded to immediately and new one delivered promptly. Definitely one of our best stays in Treasure Island. And oh the view from this 6th floor condo...gorgeous and relaxing!

We had a great time on treasure Island. It is a very nice romantic spot. Really enjoyed the complementary ticket to the Starlite cruise. The scenery was breathtaking. The staff was very attentive. It was a great time. I have been to a lot of Florida beaches, and this was at the top of my list. The ocean was warm and calm and two dolphins swim right past us in the water.

We stayed at the South Beach hotel and condo. The unit was small but met all our needs. The bed was OK, not the best but clean and sheets were soft. The oven was very slow to heat up, probably needs to be checked/repaired. The view and location of the unit was outstanding, which accounts for the majority of the 5 star rating. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated that it was available to guests in the evening. Would like to purchase a unit in this building or along Gulf Drive in Treasure Island.

This was a very nice condo. The only thing we would suggest would be a little updating. Particularly the king mattress. That could definitely be replaced. Otherwise we very much enjoyed it.

We've always enjoyed the south beach property. Great view, heated pool, activities and a boardwalk. Trolley is free out front for travel. This particular condo is overdue for upgrades. Furniture is old, bed sags. Bed sheets are paper thin. Floors need replaced or cleaned better. Dust buildup on vents, doors. Overall we love the location and property but this unit needs an upgrade.

Amazing Trip!

We just returned from a wonderful beach getaway in Treasure Island. The condo was exactly what we were hoping for this trip. We loved the beautiful views from the balcony and easy walk to the beach. Our 3 year old son enjoyed being able to swim in both the ocean and the condo's pool. The sunsets were spectacular and we even saw dolphins in the ocean! It was nice to have laundry facilities in the unit as well as a full kitchen and nicely appointed furnishings. My feedback would be that the kitchen is lacking a few basics such as mixing bowls, and the items there are not very high quality if you want to actually cook meals, which I did. I was able to make the best of it, though, and it was an absolutely fabulous family trip! Thank you!!

We have stayed on property several years, last two at unit 607. We always have fun in the area. Great location. Awesome view. Desk staff are nice even if not affiliated with unit 607. A little disappointed to not see the pool area or pool water cleaned up daily. Unit 607 is due for a new mattress. Towels were barely adequate for two. We loved having a washer/dryer since we had to do laundry often. Lightbulbs in the kitchen are not correct and put off a lot of heat. Fixture in bathroom needs replaced; bulbs kept going on/off. Love the boardwalk, ping pong table, and other activities on property.

We're east coast people, used to watching the sun rise over the Atlantic on with a cup of coffee on the deck/balcony on our vacations, so the decision to spend a week on the FL gulf coast was hard. But having spent a week watching the sun set with a glass of wine convinced us - this is better. The unit overlooks an expansive beach, but has a pool for those not up to the 150 yard trek to the waters edge. Clean. Well furnished. Quiet. Close to St. Pete but the T-Island restaurants and bars are fine for a week. Recommended.
