404 - Surf Beach Resort

The condo was in great shape and the location couldn't be better. Right in the middle of everything. We loved the balcony being able to look out to the pool, beach and gulf. We generally go every year right after labor day and generally stay nine nights. Upon arrival at around 8pm we utilized the lockbox to get our keys to the unit and had no issues doing that. Your welcome email spelled out all instructions just right. We also received a welcome text stating to please text this certain phone number if there are any problems w/ check in. Not a single issue at all checking in. Not a single issue with the condo unit 404 whatsoever. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pots/pans, plates and utensils. Even has a coffee pot right in the room along w/ a full size refrigerator. The only issue we observed was the outlet on the patio did not work which did not end up being an issue for us. We departed the unit right at 11am our final day and the cleaning company was at the door waiting to get into the unit to get it all cleaned up. Even though we didn't take advantage of it, the closet off of the kitchen/dining area had beach chairs, a small beach umbrella, towels and even beach toys for kids. The parking spot was clearly labeled as well and the parking pass was on the kitchen counter waiting for us. Pool area was nice and clean as well. The fence gate to get into the pool area was tough to open and within two days that was also repaired by the condo staff. We also loved having a washer and dryer right in our unit. We utilized this on our final morning doing two quick loads of laundry prior to departure. For our daily and nightly entertainment we hang out a lot at John's Pass, Sloppy Joe's, Ricky T's and Caddy's down at Sunset Beach. Sloppy Joe's and Ricky T's are within a 5 minute walk which we love. We even walked a few time down to John's Pass during the day and even that was only a 20 minute walk right along the beach which was great too. A few nights we also walked down to Caddy's at Sunset Beach the other direction, also right along the beach and even that was only about a 25 minute walk which we loved. We would walk back to the condo at around 11:30pm after numerous nights out and never felt unsafe in the area at all. Overall, we had a great stay once again. Thank you again to the team at Itrip for helping us out again (our 4th year in a row) and for helping us again make some lasting memories. The unit was nice. It could use a deep clean. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The dryers front inside the door was rusty. Not sure how that happened. Unit just needs some TLC however I would stay there again

Great location perfect little condo views amazing!

We’ve been visiting the area for many years, and we’ve always found this building to about the best in the area. The property is great, the pool is warm, and the beach is incredible. We were in town for one of the local festivals, and the atmosphere is great. This condo was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back again next year. Thank you!
