Really great location! Walk or trolley to shops. Can walk to store and ice cream easy. Bar and cafe onsite. Condo comfortable and stocked for travelers. The walk to beach is just steps!

Very nice cute condo with a little view of the Gulf. Lots of things to do there and nearby. The only complaint I had was the mattresses both had dips/indents on both sides and could use replacing.

I highly recommend Sunset Vista…the location is perfect…walking distance to restaurants and shops. Accommodations were very nice. There is a cafe onsite, the food was great and reasonably priced. The bar was so much fun…the bartender, Ally, was AMAZING. You are steps from the beach, which is very clean and not over crowded. We are planning another trip next year and will stay at Sunset Vista and stay longer. Thanks for making our getaway a memorable one.

Fun time on Treasure Island

We had a very nice stay in 306-S. The condo was clean and well stocked for our needs. We literally had zero complaints, just complements and appreciation for being able to have a nice family trip to the Tampa area. The beach area and pools were a short walk from the unit. The unit is also close to the elevator. The closet was stocked with beach toys, a large beach blanket, and umbrella to name a few. The beds were comfortable and everything worked just fine. Meaning the ceiling fans, hair dryers, AC, washer/dryer, and stove. We only turned on the living room TV once or twice, we were too busy otherwise. We were able to drive to Busch Gardens and Steinbrenner Stadium to catch a professional baseball game. The ice machine didn’t make ice, but it wasn’t a problem for us. I didn’t check the settings and that could have been the issue, so I thought I would mention it. I would seriously come back and rent again. Thank you for having us.

This condo was conveniently located to nearby shops and food. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week at the beach. There were extra beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Others in my party were excited about the available channels on the television. Parking was near the elevator and visitor parking was also nearby. Great condominium for 6 adults.

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets. Nice swimming pools. Close to Johns Pass which has an amazing shops and restaurants. Underground parking is also nice. Beachside bar- we didn’t try but always had lots of guest using it.

Our trip was pretty seamless. We did have an issue with the entry code, and it was late when we arrived, but we were able to get in touch with someone as promised and it was handled quickly. After that everything was perfect. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable and had pretty views. It suited our needs perfectly. The tiki bar was nice. The beach was beautiful. The courtyard with the fountains was so relaxing. And the cafe was an added benefit. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This is a spacious unit located in a very well maintained resort on Treasure Island. We have booked this unit 3 times now. The Itrip staff is wonderful to work with from booking to check out and everything in between. The unit itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. There was one extra fitted sheet and one extra regular sheet in the master bedroom closet that we used for the pull out sofa, but we could have used a heavier blanket as well. That would be nice a nice addition. Our only complaint was that some of the linens smelled a little musty in the smaller second bedroom. All in all we would return to Sunset Vistas and book this unit again.

Very happy with this condo. It was a great location, walking out to the beach is so nice and there are great restaurants and places to go nearby. The condo was clean, useful things in the kitchen and we appreciated the beach items that were in the closet. I think it would be helpful if there had been small soaps or shampoos in the bathrooms, but that is a small thing. The rooms are fairly small, it wasn't a problem per say, but just be aware. We were traveling with our young daughter and could barely find space to set her crib up next to our bed. Check in was really easy which was great. Would certainly recommend this place or book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was clean and the resort was very nice. Would be nice if bath soap bars were provided in the bathrooms for the showers. That is one thing that I think people forget to bring. Also an extra more rolls of toilet paper would be great. None of this would prevent us from staying. We stayed for 3 nites/ Liz with IiTrips was very helpful through the booking process.

Our families booked two units so the 11 of us could be together as we came to St Petes for my nephews wedding. Staying at the beach was great comparing the gentle tides and warm water to the cooler ocean surf of the Pacific. We enjoyed shell gathering and swimming, building a dinosaur sand sculpture, and sunning. The unit provided all the chairs, umbrella, and sand buckets that we needed. We used the cooler provided to pack a picnic lunch and nearly red acted a scene from "the birds" when the seagulls attacked our leftovers. Just another hilarious memory with the family . We would have preferred twin beds in the second bedroom as two Aunts did not want to sleep together. The kitchen was stocked with a mixture of stuff and was missing a baking dish. However, the management responded quickly to our needs. I booked thru VRBO but later responses came from various emails and went to my junk email . I was unclear how to reach them. And the entrance code instructions were wrong so getting in at the beginning was a challenge. We had drinks st Ricky T's , fun, loud, and inexpensive. We do not recommend the cafe at the site. Very few eateries nearby. Most of our culinary experiences were downtown. Lots of great breweries. Dinner at Red Mesa was great. The Peruvian ceviche was yum!

Perfect. Everything you need. On the beach; outdoor hot tub for the non-beach husband; 2 sets of pools so never crowded; Publix and Walgreens only blocks away; full kitchen; excellent WIFI for the work that follows us; clean and modern unit. Go for it. We are business people who travel often. We know the difference in ok places and good ones. This is a good one.

We stayed st Sunset Vistas a couple years ago and loved it both times. This condo was in great shape, comfortable, close to elevator and the grounds/pools/access to beach was great. There were beach chairs in the unit and we used them at the beach. We brought some toys for our kids, but there were some in the unit as well and they have a community box by the beach access area that is usually pretty well stocked (used a pool noodle and board from there). Our kids absolutely loved it and want to go back again!

The room was clean and a great location. Was a little bumped out about Treasure Island/John's Pass in general. Just wasn't as great as it was led on to be. But again room was great and so was the beach and the amenities of the hotel. They had a community "beach supplies" like chairs and floaties which was great since we didn't plan that far ahead. Room does not have any toiletries like shampoo or body wash - bring your own! But did include soap to wash the dishes and such.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

My husband and I stayed in 306S for a week in May and we had a wonderful time! We love the units at Sunset Vistas, and this one was even better than most because it has a king size bed in the master bedroom. The unit had everything we could want! The washer and dryer are a great addition. This way we didn't have to pack a lot, just wash, dry and off we go. I want to recommend a quaint little breakfast place called Gayle's Cafe on the way to St Pete Beach. The breakfast there is home cooked and very tasty! Julie is an awesome server, we can't wait to visit next spring. Just be sure to bring cash, no credit cards accepted. But you don't need much, the prices are very reasonable. We also liked the Pub in Indian Shores. Ask for Scott, he rocked! iTrip was very easy to deal with, no problems with them at all. We are looking forward to next spring and our trip to Sunset Vistas!
