10 out of 10 we would stay here again and plan on doing so! We used to go to Virginia Beach and Hilton Head, but this place and this beach beat them both!! My only recommendation is more dinnerware and more pillows for the beds.

We absolutely loved our two week stay here! The resort is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and most importantly the beach. Our condo unit was clean and had the amenities we needed. The resort is well taken care of. Looking forward to future stays!

Just returned from a girl's trip weekend and stayed at this place. Not knowing the area we were mildly anxious going to an area we knew nothing about. We were happily surprised with not only the accommodations which were perfect for a party of 3, but also the location and ability to walk to restaurants, Publix, Walgreens, souvenir shops, etc. We felt safe, the area was clean and people were friendly. We enjoyed the closet of beach supplies and loved just sitting at the beach and poolside. The view was awesome and there was a nice path at the back of the condo to walk on. The condo was well outfitted with all that we needed. Customer service was timely and very helpful as our travel plans were in limbo - they were very accommodating. We will return!

Wonderful condo

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The condo was well stocked, clean, and in a great location. We appreciated the beach supplies and the ocean view balcony with plenty of seating. We loved being able to easily access the beach. Communication prior to and during our stay was excellent, and we were grateful for the information regarding local attractions, restaurants, and wildlife. We would definitely stay her again!

We love it! Well stocked beach towels, chairs, umbrellas is always a plus. Very clean unit. We had a problem w/ remote not working for television, they sent someone over to set up a new one within an hour or so. Super service. Thank You, we'll be back soon!

This was my family’s first time visiting the Gulf coast of Florida and Treasurer Island was adorable! This beachfront condo was in a perfect location, within walking distance to great restaurants and a Publix. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. It was so convenient having a few beach chairs and towels provided for us since we were flying in. The beach was not very crowded, even thoughggg during spring break. The sunsets were incredible! Check in was super easy and while we didn’t need to contact the owners, they made themselves available for any questions. We’d definitely stay here the next time we visit!

Great get away

We enjoyed our visit. We realized there were lots of issues with storm damage, including the elevator being out. All that being said, we had a very nice time at the condo.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and well stocked. Was surprised to see beach chairs umbrellas and various beach toys in the closet as well as towels and mats. Even had a couple larger coolers to use. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet and clean place to stay. Just be prepared for the walk to the beach. I knew when booking it would be a bit of a trek but worth it not having to fight for beach space or having to get up at sunrise to claim our spot. Went to the beach daily around 11 and had plenty of space for us to set up and spread out. We were “front row” at the beach daily. I would choose this specific room if we were to fly instead of drive down knowing it has everything we need/want.

This place is great in so many ways!! It has a beautiful view it the beach and ocean from the balcony which spans the living room and bedroom! There is a wonderful heated pool and friendly but quiet guests. Great walkway along the back of a number of hotels and restaurants and across the street there are more - try the Middle restaurant and Brits pizza as well as sloppy Joes at the Bilmar ( love the view there too) and the Thunderbird for music all day. Place is as described! Fantastic find and we will be back!

Love the location and being slightly set back from the beach. As stated in other reviews, the furniture is dated but everything was in great working order and VERY clean. No issues with anything while we were there. Close to so many great places and the beach was beautiful!

We have stayed in these particular condos for several years now. They are centrally located in Treasure Island within walking distance of many restaurants & also the grocery store. Parking is easy & you are steps from the beach.

Our stay at the Surf Beach Resort could not have been better!! Communication was exceptional. I got emails and texts with very specific check in info and texted questions upon arrival that were immediately answered. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed!! The view was wonderful with a full beach view balcony. Staff at the resort were helpful as well even though we booked through itrip. The added bonus of free tix from xplorie was great too. Location was walking distance to a lot of food drinks music and the shuttle service is very convenient. I would book again through itrip and stay at the Surf Beach again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful view. Condo was equipped with all necessities. Only concern was wish the master bath had a handi bar or some kind of slip mat. I would recommend this condo and plan to return again.
