I highly recommend this unit, it has the best of both worlds. Views of the gulf from the balcony, a short walk to the water, in the back your other swimming location a pool and views of the inland waterways. The property is very well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. There are plenty of activities to do, from bar hopping, dining, shopping and a Publix next door for supplies, no car needed as there is a shuttle that frequently passes by and Uber. Liz from iTrip was very helpful

We had a great time staying at the Palms of Treasure Island and would for sure book again. The condo was central to great restaurants, publix, johns passing, and had a nice view of the beach. The pool was clean, well kept and even had different floats available for use. The only negative part was the elevator did not work for a few hours during a storm and many guest were running up and down the stairs in the pouring rain. Other then the elevator not working it was a perfect for our family getaway!

The condo was very nice. Good location. The only complaints I have is the bathroom floors were pretty dirty, and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Elevator was pretty slow, but glad that there was one.

My family just returned from a week stay in room 202. We had a fantastic time and the condo was perfect for the 4 of us! The beach was just a quick walk across the street and there is a Publix right next door. I could go on and on about what a great time we had and would recommend The Palms of Treasure Island to everyone!!

Convenient to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Good location. While quite sufficient, the unit could use some updating. Quiet at night, which we appreciated.

When we arrived the instructions on where to park and what door to go in where very simple and we had no trouble. When we got up to the condo the code given to unlock door did not work. We called ITrip and at first did not get an answer. I called again and got someone on the phone and he gave me another code that worked! The Condo was just exactly as described! Very clean and roomy. We were extremely comfortable in the condo. The pool and hot tub was nice and seemed to be clean. The beach is across the street. You have to walk down the street a little and enter from the public beach access. I will say that it is a little bit of a walk especially when you bringing cooler, chairs, towels, etc. and it feels like it's 100 degrees outside. You can could drive but be prepared to pay for parking. The beach at Treasure Island was nice and not crowded at all. We were told the beach there is residential and it doesn't get crowded like the beaches around there. There is a very nice Publix grocery store literally next door to the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay there. The grocery store also has a very nice deli with fresh sandwiches and chicken. There are several restaurants and souvineer shops within walking distance. We ate at Ricky T's and it was delicious! We also went to see a movie and ate at restaurants in St. Petersburg which is only about 5 miles from the condo. We did one of the free fun activities. It was one free adult ticket for a Dolphin Cruise at Hubbard's Marina. It was a nice experience and we did see about 3 dolphins. Everything in the condo worked fine my only concern was that you could not turn the thermostat lower than 72 degrees and we like to run our thermostat around 68 at night in our home. It wasn't a problem though we never got hot in the condo!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spacious and clean. We liked the large balcony with views of the beach across the street. Staff were helpful and gracious when we had a few minor problems. Great pool and deck area at back with great views of the inter-coastal. Saw dolphins several times out the back. Would definitely go back.
