Boasting four bedrooms, two spacious floors, and ample room to spread out and relax after full days at the beach, you will have no trouble feeling right at home in no time.

The entire home has been updated with new décor, furnishings, and appliances. Every pieces was procured to create the perfect blend of style and comfort while enjoying the epic sights and sounds of this fantastic Oregon Coast retreat.

The culinary-inclined guests will look forward to whipping up everything from a hearty breakfast to a gourmet dinner in the full kitchen, as the views are absolutely breathtaking and all of the major appliances are more than ready to assist in any recipe. When you want to settle down with a glass of wine, head out to the balcony and breathe in the salty air as the sun dips below the horizon.

When it is time to hit the hay, one bedroom is located on the main floor and three bedrooms and another living area are located upstairs. The built-in full over full bunk beds make the home a wonderful option when travelling with kiddos or young adults.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

This is our family's second stay at this place and it continues to be a perfect getaway. The place is very clean, and well stocked, has lovely furnishings, and a spectacular view. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful Views

My parents and I stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights in early October. The views were spectacular and even better than pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach every morning and watch the sunsets at night. The house was well equipped for cooking, and we cooked every breakfast and dinner there. The second floor bunk beds were so comfortable I ended up sleeping there instead of the first floor guest room. The house is in a quaint area and even as a light sleeper I had no trouble going to sleep here. When we initially booked, I got a text right away with information about he house and the surrounding area. Communication was great. I do think the house could use another lamp or two on the first and second floor and rugs that don't slip easily in the bathrooms. Salt, pepper, and olive oil were the only condiments in the house (it would be nice if we could have left things like ketchup, salad dressing, etc for others to use). Other than that, it was a great visit.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

This was my second stay at Vista house A; the first trip was for a family vacation and this time was for a bachelorette getaway involving 6 40-something friends and the mother of the bride. From my previous visit, I knew it was the perfect spot to accommodate all seven of us comfortably. Four of us stayed in the bunkbed room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the top bunks were easily accessible for adults, even for my 6’3” friend. The mother of the bride stay downstairs and reported a very peaceful night sleep. She appreciated access to the kitchen so she could prepare brunch for all of us in the morning without waking anybody up. The bride to be could not get over the beautiful views from the primary bedroom. She said she slept better than she has in months and was able to really relax. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning, and playing games in the living room at night. We also took a daily walk down to the beach and burned off the delicious dinners we all prepared in the functional and well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived and I personally enjoyed the big bathtub upstairs. The best parts about this house are the views, the layout that makes it so we could both gather together and spread out to have some quiet time without being on top of each other, and the comfortable vibe. I hope we find another occasion soon to return to this wonderful house.

Perfect stay on the Oregon Coast!

We had such a wonderful time here! The place is absolutely beautiful! The views are incredible - and all the windows provide a perfect view of the coast. We walked to Roseanna's for dinner a couple of times, as well as the little surf store/restaurant. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the views of the ocean! The beds are super comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. :)

Best place on the Oregon Coast

I have stayed in many beach rentals in my 48 years of living in Oregon and this rental is hands-down the cleanest and most comfortable place I’ve stayed, with the best view and dog-friendly to boot. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning overlooking the beach and sitting in the spacious living room watching favorite shows on the smart TV while taking in the view. We easily made a spaghetti dinner with all the utensils and dinnerware we needed the first night and drove to Tillamook to pick up a pizza at Main Street Pizza the second night. In the evenings, my son and husband played computer games at the dining room table while my eldest child and I watched the Mandalorian in the upstairs sitting area. The place was immaculate, the beds comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and nothing beats going to sleep looking out on the coast and waking up to it in the morning. We did not use the hot tub because the place is so peaceful, we took a unexpected three hour nap instead, and the big bathtub was a fine alternative. We did walk down the hill one morning and enjoyed a fish sandwich and clam chowder at the Blue Agate Café after walking on the beach. The climb back up to the house was not as daunting as I expected it to be and had a Little Free Little on the way. A few small things: I wish this fabulous house had a notepad and pens, the hot tub lock code written in the book, food storage containers, and a better coffee maker. Do not try to take a cup in the middle of brewing! I learned that lesson (twice). These are small requests though, who cares when you’re staying in a place as wonderful as this one with a very attentive management company. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely stay here again for a longer amount of time.

Beautiful house, AMAZING views

As soon as we opened the door to Vista house, our jaws dropped. The view is unmatched. We have stayed in many vacation homes, but this view was crazy. Upstairs, you could see the tops of the three arches. The house was spotless and appeared to be recently updated. The decor and furnishings were beautiful, updated, and beachy. Though modestly stocked, the kitchen had everything we needed. Wine glasses would be a nice addition though. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and paper products. We had a few minor issues that we emailed the property manager about and promptly heard back. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
