The house we rented was great as far as the amount of space. 5 bathrooms, private pool, oceanfront etc but we had several issues to report during our stay. Some were resolved. There is a major issue with ants. There was an abundance of supplies of towels and wash clothes. Frying pans need to be replaced. Overall our family enjoyed the accomodations.

We just finished up a 5 night trip in Unit 1707 and we’re extremely pleased with the unit. It had everything we needed and the ocean view was amazing. Every single employee throughout the complex that you came across was so friendly and always asked how are stay was going. We will definitely be visiting this location again. We highly recommend it!

Nice, modern, and comfortable

Seascape II was a nice place to stay for a week. The appliances (LG) and decor are comfortable, and of course, its a good location. You won’t want anything on the inside. The outside is currently not nice (pool construction) with a lot of styrofoam chunks stuck in the weedy yard. But that is likely temporary and will be much improved by mid- summer 2020.

The condo was perfect. It has an amazing view of the ocean that was so relaxing/peaceful to experience every day! The condo was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The best part besides the view was the short time it took to walk out to the beach. Amazing experience!

Nice house- open concept with living room, dinning room, kitchen and solarium which made the living space feel really spacious and great for a group- more than I could tell in the pictures. Solarium made for a nice place to be even if it rains during covid. Walkable to town and beach- we did both daily. Felt private and safe- which is what we were looking for. Thanks!
