This is not a modern cookie-cutter build, but one of the oldest houses on St. Simons Island — it’s a well-loved, functional, and inviting home where generations gather and beach memories are made. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this spacious property comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests (13 beds), making it ideal for large families or multi-family vacations.
