Nice Condo in a Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at Pass-A-Grille beach. This condo is walking distance from several good restaurants and an easy walk across the street to the beach. Beaches were busy (especially on the weekend) but not uncomfortably crowded. The Old Florida feel is alive and well in this area, meaning no high rise condos towering over you, and neat historic houses and buildings everywhere you look. The unit itself is was mostly clean, fairly up to date, and a good sized space for 2-3 people, but I can imagine 4 would begin to feel a little cramped. There are only a few negatives that I could note and most are easily fixed. The first things I noted were the condition of the dishwasher, oven, and microwave. DW was filled with scale and did not smell the cleanest (I know water is typically sulfuric on the coast) but we opted to wash our personal items in the sink because of this. The oven and microwave were in need of a deeper cleaning to remove what appears to be baked on oven cleaner that wasn’t wiped up and old food smells ( we didn’t use either of them). Last, I think including more than 2 trash bags, rolls of paper towel, and toilet paper for a week’s stay should be considered. Other reviews gave us a fair warning so we brought extra paper products, but no bags so we ended up having to stuff our remaining garbage into leftover grocery bags at checkout. Not the end of the world but a small annoyance when cleaning up to leave. Other than that, it was an overall a great stay and we would stay here again!

Awesome beach condo

We were in unit 8, and found it amazingly comfortable, smartly decorated, and well appointed with full kitchen, laundry, comfy king bed. Felt like home - at the beach! Coffee at the table on the balcony, with views of Gulf and intercoastal, was very nice. Great restaurants within walking. We typically don’t re-do past experiences, but this place is on the list to do again. The iTrip folks very easy & accommodating.

GREAT STAY

My husband and I have just returned from a week and our third time at The Beach Club in Pass-A-Grille. Each year we have stayed in a different unit in this building and each time we have been pleased. This year’s unit was both spacious and comfortable. We found the unit well cleaned at check in. Clear, complete communication was provided ahead through iTrip and Liz and Charles who were easy to contact quick to respond. Another very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a great layout and size for our family of four (children 9 and 11 years old). We loved the full size appliances and washer and dryer combo. The pool was a great option to beat the Florida heat. Everything was clean and well kept. The only thing we would change about the condo would be the shower. The water pressure was pretty low and the water temperature was hard to adjust. Overall, we loved our stay. It was the perfect walking distance between the bay and the ocean, as well as the shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful stay

We stayed with our teenage sons at the unit. Everything was well appointed and the hosts were very accommodating. Clear check in and check out instructions. While the unit is not directly facing the gulf you still have a view of the water and can hear it from the shaded balcony.

We stayed at 701 Gulf Way #8, St. Pete Beach. It was a small condo but perfect for 2 people. It was meticulously clean which is very important. It's directly across from a beautiful beach. And a few good restaurants right there. A wonderful beach for shell seekers. Sunsets were gorgeous. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay

We recently stayed for an extended weekend for our anniversary and it was wonderful. Condo is exactly as described. You can see the beach from the patio and it’s a little private/secluded with the palm trees around the building. The awning on the patio was nice to get a break from the sun. We walked everywhere. Several restaurants and bars in close proximity. Only suggestion I would give is maybe replace the shower head. It’s seen better days. But we love it and will definitely stay here again!

Location! Location! Location!

I went back and forth about a 4 or 5 star on this condo, but went ahead and opted for a 5 star. There were only a few things that could be fixed to ensure that future guest wouldn't hesitate to give it a 5 star. 1st - the shower head needs replaced / 2nd - cable box in the bedroom didn't work, but I really only tried watching TV the first night - 3rd -the bed is to hard and needs to be replaced with a softer bed or put a foam mattress topper on it. That was really all I had a problem with. The place is beautiful and you can't beat the location. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wan't a great little get-a-way.
