If you are looking for a relaxing little bit of paradise where you can enjoy boating, surfing, and swimming, you have found the perfect vacation spot! ParadiSea is newly furnished as the perfect hub from which to rest and enjoy spending family-time, while also taking in the sights and smells of the ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and nearby historic attractions in the Old City of St. Augustine. Spend lazy days around the private pool while watching the wildlife or boats on the river. Bring your own boat and dock it right at the home and enjoy daily outings fishing, swimming at the nearby Matanzas Inlet, or cruising down to the Old City. Spend the afternoon at the beach, just one mile to a neighborhood private access point, or a one mile ride to drive on access. Spend fun family-time at the house playing ping-pong, corn hole, having a cookout, and enjoying movie-time curled up on the large sectional in the family room.

ParadiSea has four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, but also features cottage, separated from the main home by a courtyard, and outfitted with a queen bed and bathroom. The main house has a split plan, with the River View Master on one end of the home, two other bedrooms and a bathroom on the other end of the home, and a bunk room (Twin XL over Queen w/separate Twin over Twin bunk bed) separated from the other sleeping spaces, and convenient for four kids or 2-3 adults.

Nearby Endless Summer Surf Station surfing school offers surfing lessons, and board and electric bike rentals, great for riding along the beach and enjoying the sites! The area is also a fisherman's paradise and offers plenty of variety between surf fishing and river fishing. Frank Butler Park is adjacent to the neighborhood and has a boat ramp, floating dock, picnic tables and restrooms. Kayak, canoe, and fishing gear rentals, along with another river dock are available at nearby Genung's Fish Camp. Pizza, great seafood, Italian, and southern fare are all located within a mile of the condo. Grocery stores are located within a 10 minute drive.

**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted (no cats), and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with.

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

Highly recommend this house for a stay near St. Augustine! Excellent location-close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Fishing was great from the dock. (My son caught 4 sharks!) The outdoor space was so relaxing and had everything we could want. The owner was responsive and the house was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was a bit small for preparing meals for the 12 of us, but that’s the only downside of this rental! We’d definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our large group. 4 bedrooms in main house and studio apartment type with bathroom. The “Florida room” is perfect for kids or extra guests. All beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The backyard views are amazing. Lots of pots and pans and large gas grill. Pool is 4 ft deep and not small but not huge. Neighbors were nice. Close to Cresant beach which has soft sand and is not very busy. Free parking out front. Look for an email for free tickets. We were given 6 free tickets for alligator farm and 6 for the eco boat tour (which I highly recommend). Downtown St Augustine was easy to find parking. You can walk to a lot of the main attractions once parked. Definitely coming back. All 12 of us had a wonderful time. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely nice. The house manager was quick to respond to answer any questions. Only a few beach towels in house had chairs for beach as well. Will look for this house again in future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the views of the water and wildlife such as dolphins that swam by on almost a daily basis. The house had everything we needed and it was extremely nice to relax around the pool at the end of the day after exploring the area. The location is great in that it is close to town and the beach. The communication with the management was very nice for the information they provided about the house and area.

Relaxing at its finest

This is a beautiful spot to relax and unwind. We had two families staying together and the house was perfect for that. The bunk room was great for the kids and all the other bedroom had queen or king beds. The additional bathroom in the cottage was a bonus when getting ready to go out. Comfortable furniture, ping pong table, pool and a dock- what more do you need? The sunsets were amazing!

The house had everything we needed for our week stay. We enjoyed the pool and the river for fishing. The management team was amazing to work with. Plenty of space for a large family. The house was very clean. The mattresses on the beds are the best we have ever had at a vacation rental.

Great house, plenty of room, we loved the pool and the beautiful view of the intercostal. Great location, a short drive to the beach of which you can drive on in a 4x4. We would definitely rent again, and we highly recommend this rental. 😀

we celebrated my husbands 70. Birthday with our kids and grandkids at Paradisea and hat the most wonderful time. The house is completely renovated and very clean ( I'm a clean freak ) . Our grandkids loved the pool .The view from the back porch was spectacular. Since my hubby, son-in-laws and grandson love fishing we couldn't get them off the pier . It will definitely not be our last time visiting this place.
