This location is ideal walking distance to shops and first class dining. Take the trolley bus to the beach and back. Amazing history and sightseeing. The property overlooks an action packed old town road with a convenient bagel and coffee joint across the street. After an action packed day you get to return to this wonderful open air clean comfortable space with a very spacious and amazing master suite. We love to purchase first class wines conveniently located downstairs at the wine shop. And enjoy a glass before turning in.

This far exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. I was a little worried being in the heart of it all with two little ones we would hear noise on the streets late at night but that was not an issue at all. The folks downstairs in the wine shop were very friendly and gave amazing suggestions. We enjoyed wine and cheese on the balcony. Really great location, was never to far of a walk anywhere we wanted to go. Parking also perfect, just across the way easy to unload and load up the car. Great value too! We usually do visit once a year but have always stayed in a hotel. This option and this particular home was far better than the other places we have stayed; comfort, location and price. We will definitely be returning here.

This was such a great experience. The place was so clean and fresh. I am very sensitive and many times leave vacation rentals with reactions on my skin. This place was very sanitary! We love how much space this place had and we love the balcony that is in the back hidden from the main road. It was very private and romantic. We stayed Saturday through Tuesday. Saturday was fun during the day but the nighttime was a bit loud for us because of the bar right bellow us but surprisingly, we didn’t mind it because we were doing our own thing with watching tv and playing games. Sunday and Monday were very quiet and that is when we really enjoyed the balcony. We loved everything about this trip and will be back!!! There is so much to do here that we didn’t get to all the attractions. We can’t wait to book with you again!

This rental is a lovely downtown stay. It is next door to Scarlet O'hara's restaurant and Bar. If you want to be right in the thick of things this is the place for you. It can be noisy being next to the bar that is open until 2 am, but wasn't too bad. It is over top of a wine store (Gifted Cork) which you will definitely want to visit and do a wine tasting. You will have to walk a flight of stairs to get to the unit but it is a beautiful view once you are there. The master suite is another flight of spiral steps so don't pack too heavy. Beautiful place! Only 1-2 blocks from St. George Street and all the restaurants. You can walk to everything! I would highly recommend the Tasting Tours of St. Augustine for wine and food tasting. You can find them online to book your tour!

David was an excellent Host and he quickly responded to any inquiries we had. The apartment is located in the heart of Historic St. Augustine and was as advertised! It was perfect for my husband and I to stay in the king suite up the spiral stairs and for our daughter, son-in-law and grand-daughter to stay in the queen bedroom and bathroom off the main floor. There is a king size sleeper sofa in the living room that we didn't need to use. The kitchen, appliances, pots and utensils were all like new and very clean. The towels and bed linens were very clean. There were dispensers in the shower of both bathrooms that dispensed shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The washer and dryer were great to have to keep our packing to a minimum. The balconies were great outdoor spaces to relax, read and people watch. Everything in the Historic District is within walking distance for all shopping and wonderful restaurants. The beaches were about 10-minutes over the Lion Bridge by car. The Jacksonville Zoo was about an hour away. We love St Augustine and look forward to our next visit. We would love to stay at 64 Hypolita Street again!!!

From the start, this was a magical stay. I travel often to St Augustine but just discovered this gem. While waiting for checkin, enjoyed a wine tasting in the shop downstairs. Met James who was checking property before I arrived. He set me up with early checkin. The beds were so comfortable, I slept TEN hours the first night. If you’re familiar with the parking sitch, you’ll LOVE the complimentary parking right across the street. Everything you need is provided and more. I wish it was available when I return in December. But I’ll definitely book again. Lovely property and excellent service.

WE stayed in 64 B Hypolia Street and the location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Most importantly we were able to walk to the Lightner museum for the wedding we attended. The home is nicely furnished and welcoming. Plenty of supplies and bathrooms well stocked. Lots of room to gather in the living room. We loved the deck where we could people watch. Just two notes-if you dont like steps this is not the house for you. There are two staircases, one is a spiral to the master. It did not bother us, but just mentioning as you need to carry luggage up the steps. The other note is that the street is busy and noisy, lots of people at the bars, but we did not mind the noise. The home was very clean and comfortable. Two parking spaces were available to us and that was great as parking is limited.

We absolutely loved 64 Hypolita!! My daughter & her fiancé were with us on our trip. The location is amazing; we walked everywhere from here!! For the most part, we rarely used our car. We loved the balcony - coffee out there in the morning & drinks in the evening enjoying the breeze & people watching! Beds were firm, but didn’t find them to be uncomfortable. It was the first time to visit St. Augustine for all of us & we plan on coming back; will definitely stay here again. The only thing I’d mention is a lot of places were closed on Wednesday, so plan for that...we found a great little coffee place right around the corner that was open. Also, Friday (and I imagine Saturday too), the bar on the corner was playing music until 1am. A large crowd of intoxicated people congregated in the driveway next door, under our bedroom window & got very loud around 1-1:30. I slept through it, as did my daughter & her fiancé, but my husband did not. We did love the music from the bar though earlier on! Again, I would definitely stay again!! Love it!!

We stayed at Hipolita St. in St. Augustine last January. The place was spacious clean and very comfortable. It was located in the very center of the city, which we enjoyed immensly. Because of the in-town location, if you are very noise-sensitive, this may not be for you. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to enjoy a lovely historic city.

The location in St. Augustine was great and the apartment was great for a little trip. The beds weren't the *most* comfortable, but we managed. As a warning, a bunch of the bars and restaurants close on Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays (sometimes without warning) and so we were a bit disappointed by that (although that had nothing to do with the apartment).

I'd love to tell you that this place was terrible. It was a long walk from everywhere and wasn't worth staying at. Unfortunately, that would be a lie. 64 Hypolita St. was amazing. It was an easy short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and other attractions we could have wanted. The balconies were where we spent a good deal of our time, just enjoying the breeze and watching the passers-by on the street below. Enjoying the music from Scarlett O'Hara's just a few doors down. We parked our car in the provided spot across the street and didn't touch it again until it was time to leave. I'd like to keep this my own little secret so I never have to worry about the property being booked when I want to go back. But sadly, my mama raised me right so I'll have to tell you how awesome it was. Because it was.

This was a great location right in the middle of the city. The living space was large and very functional. The amenities in the space were just what we needed. We enjoyed the front balcony for the quiet mornings and people watching. However, it was very loud around the rental at night due to the bars next door, loud cars driving by, and trolleys. This is not a great space for light sleepers, those that go to bed early, or kids due to the noise volume. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This adorable 2 bedroom apartment is in the perfect location! Three minute walk to The Floridian and The Columbia. Five mins from St. George street. Two parking spots directly across from building were super convenient. Apartment was appointed nicely and spotlessly clean. Beds were so comfortable! Upstairs bedroom (up spiral staircase) is huge with an en suite that is equally large. Downstairs bedroom is smaller but plenty of space for two. Huge living room with couch that turns to bed (queen size? has to be larger than full). Dining table for 4 with 4-5 chairs at kitchen counter. Kitchen was well stocked. We didn't cook but there was everything you would need available. Adorable porches on front and back. Back porch was perfect for morning coffee (no sun). Front porch provided great people watching at night. It is on a busy, foot traffic street with a bar next door. Lots of energy. A little loud between 10-12 am. The bars shut down at midnight and it became silent. But the noise did not bother us at all. In the bedrooms you could barely hear any street noise. Our kids were able to sleep with no issue. There were even some games for the kids! This is a new rental that is a hidden gem! Don't hesitate to book -- I know we will be back!
