Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 304 has been remodeled with a warm and welcoming western theme. You will appreciate the fine details found in the kitchen cabinetry, custom log furnishings, river rock fireplace and the high vaulted ceilings with wood beams. The sectional sofa is a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen Snowmass have to offer. The open concept living and kitchen area creates an ideal space to gather while preparing meals and relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.

This 3 bedroom condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This vacation rental features 2 master bedrooms, one with a King and one with a Queen bed and both featuring en-suite baths with separate double vanity areas. The third bedroom has a custom made full bunk bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and flat screen TV. This bedroom is perfect for adults or children.

Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain. From your balcony your view is expanded to include the area mountains. The balcony is a great spot to unwind while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a convenient guest laundry room located on the first floor of the building. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning however a portable unit is installed in the master bedroom and living room. Fans are provided for your comfort in the other rooms.***

Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

*If you are booking a stay in April, May, October or November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation.

There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.

***Fall 2024, the pool area is open until September 30th based on occupancy and weather then reopening at Thanksgiving. There will be no refund or discount if the amenities are closed due to weather or HOA policy change***

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age.

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.  A starter supply of paper products is provided.  Any additional needed during your stay is your responsibility.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of at least $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • If your vacation rental requires a parking permit for a vehicle, this pass must be left or returned per your rental instructions, or there will be a fine of $200 per missing pass.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

The unit was very well equipped and in a good location- close to the village and the mall. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. Our group was small but I imagine this would be a huge convenience for a larger group.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for my husband and I, our two young boys and my parents. Each room had a bathroom and the rooms had plenty of space and comfy beds. The doors were thick enough that the adults could stay up, while the boys slept, and the sounds stayed out of the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The patio was perfect for watching the balloon festival! We will likely be back next year.

Unit was great location and while quite small set-up very well for a group with the 3 bedrooms and en suite baths. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Disliked · Had multiple issues with the keypad lock, but management company was responsive in helping and came the next day to change the battery which seemed to mostly alleviate the issue. Compared to other rentals one disadvantage is transportation to and from Aspen airport in not provided. This didn't seem like a big deal upon booking, but as it was nearly impossible to book a return ride and $150 to go 15 min this is a definite disadvantage of the property.

Pros: On-site staff was great, especially Josh. Great location slopeside, great views, condo was well designed and well equipped. Nice having Netflix. Jacuzzis down by the pool were great. Perfectly placed Right in between Snowmass Mall and Base Village. Very nice mountain decor. Cons: Mattresses need upgrading- at these prices, not acceptable.

Excellent condo in perfect location!

This condo did not disappoint! Location is right below center village and on Fanny Hill. Ski locker on the ground floor is on the way to the slope - very convenient. This is a true ski-in/ski-out experience! And, to get to center village for food or shopping after skiing, it’s just a quick walk up a few short flights of steps - can’t beat that! You can also easily walk down to the base village as well. Parking is covered and clearly marked, and very close to the elevator. Upon walking into the condo, we were welcomed by a long hallway with many cubbies to hold boots, helmets, bags, gloves - you name it! On the other side of the hallway was an endless row of hooks for coats and things - so smart. (Bonus - the bottom row is just above a heating vent so in the morning you put your feet into warmed boots!) The three bedrooms are spacious and well-laid out, all with en-suite bathrooms which is awesome. The living area has lots of seating available, and a beautiful view of the slopes and pool/hot tub area. You can also enjoy the view from the lovely patio. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the things you’d need to enjoy your meals. The layout is narrow but manageable! If I had to nitpick on SOMETHING, would be the dining area. There is an island area off the galley-kitchen that has large, slightly clunky bar-chairs that are a bit cumbersome to move. There is a folding table in the living area tho and some folding chairs that are quite comfortable to sit in, but we opted not to use them since it would have made the living area very cramped. But - it IS available to use so we appreciated the option. The owners clearly thought of everything and we were so happy to stay there. We would definitely return!

Perfect Place for a Family Stay

We have been coming out to Snowmass for the past five years and this is the first time staying at this property. After this day, this will be our go to place from here on out. Location is absolutely perfect. It is a true ski in ski out residence, you are walking distance to both the Snowmass mall and the village area where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The convenience of being within walking distance to all these locations cannot be overstated. Previously we have stayed higher up on the mountain and had to rush through the s’mores event at the end of the day so that we could catch the chairlift up to the midway point or take a bus . Shadowbrook allowed us to relax after skiing on the slopes, knowing that we could easily walk back to our condo or take the sky cab. The location eat in the nighttime activities easier as we could walk to Snowmass Village, Village of the free ice skating. A perfect place.

We had a wonderful time and you cannot beat Shadowbrook 304 for ski in/ski out accesses to Snowmass mountain. The unit is clean, well layed out for our family of six with college aged kids. We enjoyed the ease and comfort of the gas logs and walkable dinning at mid mountain restaurants. The unit has cubbies and a lockable ski rack conveniently located at the door. We will miss the beautiful sunrise/moonrise over the slopes and the cozy cabin. We hope to stay here again!

Great condo in Snowmass

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights. The condo was great, with wonderful decor and plenty of room for everyone. We loved sitting outside on the balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. Very convenient location to get to everything in Snowmass (restaurants, grocery store, etc). Great pool and hot tub. Honestly our only complaint was the heat—we arrived after a hot spell and the 3rd floor condo really traps the heat. There were fans in each bedroom which helped, and the rental company quickly brought over an extra fan as well—and we just left all doors and windows open day and night. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is amazing. Every detail was thought and the decoration is one of a kind. The management company did an amazing job as well. My wife is a travel agent and our standards are very high. It was extremely clean and every thing was up to a hotel chain standards more than an private owner property. We will definitely come back when we are back in Aspen.

Location of condo was great - easy access to Snowmass base village and hiking, biking and gondola etc. It t was very well equipped. Sitting area and balcony were a little tight for our party of 5 adults and 2 children but otherwise we were very satisfied with the accommodation.
