PARKING

There are 3 options for parking:

1. street parking but it is based on availability and it is in 2 hr time limits during the day and early evening (if you have a parking spot you can renew you space by using the app PayByPhone so you don’t have to go down to your car to use a meter). Due to Covid, parking downtown is very inexpensive right now.

2. There is a long term parking lot one block away but it is expensive. I can check rates if you request it

3. My owner also has a parking spot. If you let me know you are interested, I could check on availability (it’s a private garage in the same building with elevator access to your condo floor). She charges $10/day

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* Maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people (see House Rules). Remember it is a Studio Condo (388 square feet)

* Must be 25 years old to reserve home.

* Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
