Upstairs, you’ll find an inviting great room with vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout that brings together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a fantastic space to entertain, play games, share meals, or relax with a movie after a long beach day. Step outside onto the expansive covered deck to enjoy the salty breeze and coastal sunsets—perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. (Seasonal deck furniture is stored in the garage and set out for your enjoyment when weather permits.)

The dining table seats six comfortably, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather.

Castaway Cottage features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering plenty of flexible sleeping options:

★ Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and easy access to the main shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

★ Second Upstairs Bedroom: Twin bunk bed + full-size futon—perfect for kids or teens.

★ Third Upstairs Bedroom: Cozy full-size bed.

★ Downstairs Bedroom: Queen bed with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fun common area equipped with a foosball table—a great hangout spot for kids and adults alike. With new flooring and carpet throughout, this home feels fresh, clean, and ready to welcome your group.

Beach access is just a short stroll away—making it easy to spend your days playing in the surf, searching for seashells, or simply relaxing on the sand. You're also just a short drive from local shops, restaurants, and the best of the Oregon Coast.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
