If you are looking for the perfect place to unwind and get away from it all this is the place for you! Our resort style Scottsdale condo is comfortable and clean. It's located near great restaurants, golf, ball parks, casinos, hiking trails, Mayo Clinic and more. Come for Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson or the Arabian Horse Show to name a few. There is also easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler.

This beautiful condo is located on the 3rd floor and has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably (with sleeper sofa). You may find yourself curled up reading a book or watching your favorite show in the living room which features a sleeper sofa, decorative fireplace, chair and 50” Smart TV with cable. You can also enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the balcony. When you want to stay in and cook the kitchen has what you need to cook your meals; microwave, stove/oven, fridge, Keurig coffee maker and kitchen utensils. There is a nice round table, seating for up to 4. The bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo. For your convenience this unit boasts its own laundry room inside with a full-sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 42” Smart TV with cable and dresser.

The community amenities are top notch and features a heated pool & spa, BBQ grills, fitness room with ellipticals, treadmills and some weights, steam room & sauna, business center, community area living room with TV and kitchen. Come and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer! There is plenty of space whether you are coming for work or to get away from it all.

House Rules:

Guest agrees to leave the premises, and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises, upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected. Guests are responsible and will be charged for damages caused beyond normal wear and tear to the premises. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage to be removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
Do NOT take pool cleaners out of the pool (if applicable) or you will be charged for damage it causes
The occupants shall not: exceed the sleeping capacity, use the premises for any illegal activity, cause damage to the premises or to any neighboring properties or other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. If the Tenants are not abiding by quiet time hours of 10:00pm(MST-AZ) and 7:00am(MST-AZ) and the police are called out or the owner receives a violation and/or fine for any disturbances the Tenant will be charged a minimum of $100 or the amount of the actual fine
No BBQ grills, open flames or candle burning is allowed in the unit w/ the exception of a wood burning fireplace available for use. Do not dismantle smoke detectors
Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the unit. Pets are not allowed on premises unless advertised as pet friendly and pet fee is paid. Tenant is responsible to pick up dog waste and pay for damages caused by the pet(s). Breach of Smoking or Pet Policy will result in immediate termination & $500 fine per policy breached will be charged to Tenant
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25. We require at least 1 member of the party to be 25 years old. Violators will be evicted & forfeit all monies
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises for these reasons: in case of an emergency; to make necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with 24 hours notice of intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency)
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Arizona & local laws while on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Arizona or the above rules will cause tenant to vacate the premises & forfeit all monies
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or phone. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. No refunds for early departure
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the Manager and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited; to heating, air conditioning, appliances, tubs, pools, spas, pontoon boat, kayaks, televisions, etc.
Parking at the premises may be limited. Homes may allow more cars depending on how many parking spaces there is on the driveway. The Owner cannot be held liable if your vehicle violates local parking ordinances and cannot be held responsible should your vehicle be towed. The cities may have strict restrictions on the parking of vehicles on the street overnight. Any fines incurred from the community HOA for parking of vehicles will be reassessed to the Guest. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
Linens and towels provided. Lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. An initial setup of toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, and soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
There is no daily maid service. Prior to arrival, Unit has been cleaned. If housekeepers have missed something, please notify us immediately so we can come and take care of it.
All door keys, pontoon boat, pool keys, or garage door openers (if applicable) are to be returned to the unit upon move-out by the Guest. There will be a $15.00 charge per door key, $75.00 for pontoon boat key replacement and pool key/key card, $75.00 per garage door remote, $75.00 per key phob if not returned on check-out date. If you leave anything behind that requires it to be shipped back to you there will be an automatic $25 service fee + the cost of shipping.
Owner or Owner's Agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency, to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements or to supply necessary or agreed upon services. Owner will provide Guest with at least 48 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control
Guest hereby acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a community, private pool, spa, hot tub, Pontoon boat, kayaks or deck/patio the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that these can be very dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, that there are potential dangers that may be present for children who are not carefully supervised, or if the guests are intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, pregnant or have other health risks. You agree that you are swimming in the pool and spa at your own risk. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Guest accepts, agrees, and assumes all risks discussed above to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur to the Guest and all other occupants in or related to the use of these above areas. The Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Itrip, Dream Vacation Rentals LLC, or the owner for accidents or claims arising from the guest’s use of the Pool, Spas, or Patio areas. Guest expressly relieves and indemnifies Managers from any and all liability and responsibility for compliance with any applicable pool barrier laws and regulations.
Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time

I would like to suggest a few things that would have made our stay a bit more pleasant. Several things that weren’t provide that have always been provided in all of the VRBO’s we have stayed in. -A manual of how to operate the TV’s. That would also include activities around the area, i.e. hiking trails, parks, restaurants, highlights of the area. Have the towels hung and presented in the bathroom, we found them in the closet. Kitchen items, coffee pods, foil, ziplock bags, this would help constitute a fully equipped kitchen. Dryer Sheets. A few things regarding the cleanliness of the condo. The couch cushions are dirty and have stains. The cushions on the patio are also very stained and dirty. We would not sit in them. There were also a few candy wrappers under the bed. Also, underneath the microwave was extremely dirty. It appears grease or some splattering had occurred from the stove top. Bed was comfortable.

Our property is stocked according to our listing description and is prepared to provide the essentials for a comfortable stay, though individual guests sometimes prefer additional items based on their personal travel habits. Many of the items mentioned — such as coffee pods, dryer sheets, and local guide materials — vary by property and are not amenities we currently advertise or guarantee. We appreciate the suggestions and will certainly consider what may be helpful to future guests. Regarding towels, they are placed on the beds, with hand towels placed in the bathroom and extra's are stored in the designated linen closet so guests have access to additional sets. Cleanliness is very important to us. We did not observe the issues noted during our pre-checkin inspection and apologize for the oversight under the microwave, but we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address anything that may have been missed by the cleaning team. We will ensure it is taken care of as well as look into replacing the outdoor cushions for the 2 chairs on the balcony. Excellent location, walkable to several stores and restaurants. My husband took advantage of the free golf nearly every day. Unit was clean and well stocked. We would have preferred an air mattress over a pull out couch but that’s just personal preference! Will definitely stay again

We have rented in the “Signature” at least 6 times. The units are nice. The location is fairly convenient. One constant hassle, however, is finding the unit. Arriving at the complex at night makes finding a unit very difficult. This most recent stay followed this script. Luckily, I asked directions of a man who I saw walking in the complex. He, too, was a renter but his agent had provided him a map of the complex which showed buildings, their numbers, and the units in the building. He was able to show me where bldg 16 is and where the unit was in that building. If I was provided such a map, I would have given this unit a 5 star rating.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Scottsdale. The unit was very clean, appeared to be newly updated and had all the necessary amenities. The grounds and pool areas were very well kept. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Special thank you to the staff that found airpods that were left behind and shipped them back to us...appreciate the efforts and honesty!
