Each reservation of this property also includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Seas the Day 30A" you also have access to a 6 seater golf cart! This golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street and the community pool, but also to all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place! (Golf cart requires an extra fee!)
This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A, and just minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place. You, and your family are sure to fall in love with all this brand new beautiful beach home has to offer! Beautifully decorated, while still feeling comfortable, and welcoming for a family to enjoy, this open concept floor plan is the perfect place to entertain a large group! The family room boasts a large sectional and two additional comfortable swivel chairs so that there is enough seating to easily accommodate everyone in your group. The kitchen offers beautiful granite counter-tops with all new stainless appliances. The farm style dining table has seating for up to 8 guests, and there are also an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island. Off of the kitchen is a Master Suite, complete with a King bed and a large master bathroom, with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Additionally on this floor there is bunk room with 2 sets of twin over twin built in bunks, and a large mounted flat screen tv. Also on the first level of the home is a full bathroom off the hallway with a bathtub and shower combo, as well as the laundry closet with a full washer and dryer for use during your stay.
The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms, as well as a small desk for those of you who can't stand to leave your work behind. This floor is made up of a queen suite ,complete with a beautiful private ensuite with a walk-in shower, and access to a large private balcony. Additionally there is a second large King suite located on this floor of the home, completed with a full bathroom that boasts an impressive large walk-in shower.
The exterior of the home includes a covered front porch with 2 comfortable chairs for your morning coffee, or evening night cap. Around the side of the home there is also an outdoor shower so you take the memories of your day at the beach with you, but leave the sand behind.
Also outside the home is a brand new propane grill, making it the perfect spot to prepare your day's catch or some surf and turf.

During your stay at "Seas the Day 30A," you can enjoy passing the day away on the Sugar Sand Beaches and Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico ~ only a1 minute ride from the home, or relax poolside at the beautiful community pool, which is only just around the corner.
