Welcome to Grace Villa, the perfect family vacation home!

Located in the beautiful Seagrove Beach, and nestled back in the Summers Edge Community, this spacious home is perfect for large families or large groups. You have access too not one but TWO community pools, one of which is seasonally heated! Grace Villa is also conveniently located right next to the community beach access, making the stroll to the beach just a few steps!

As you enter the home you will notice the open concept living, dining and kitchen area. You'll be sure to enjoy the 55” Flat Screen T.V. on the cozy sectional sofa in the living room. Whether you are cooking, dining or relaxing on the couch, everyone is sure to feel together with this floor plan! There is a large master suite with private bathroom located on this level as well. Perfect for the family member who may prefer not to take the stairs!

As you make your way to the second floor you will notice another sitting area for watching tv or playing games! This level also includes 2x Queen suites, each with its own Large Bath and adjoining bunk room to keep the kids close but not too close. There is a balcony on this level for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while making plans for a relaxing beach day.

The third floor of the home includes another complete bedroom with a King Bed and a Large Bath. It too has access to the third floor balcony and includes a chaise lounge and Flat Screen TV with Cable.

This was our 3rd year in a row, so we obviously enjoy Grace Villa a lot. You get what you pay for in this no thrills, modestly decorated gem.The GOOD: To us, its all about the beach and the location to the beach, and Grace is within just a few hundred feet or so. It sleeps a lot, comfortably.The priceEverything is supplied to have a good time!The BAD: Needs a new dryer, as the current one takes way too long. Would be nice if they supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and/orbikes, but that goes with you get what you pay for comment above. The UGLY: Apparently Mike Huckabee played a part in privatizing a good portion of the beach fronts. So, not only are we no longer allowed to erect a canopy, but if you wanted to, you need to walk down the beach 200 yards or so to the public access area. If you do stay in the allotted area between all the signs you have to get up as early as possible and throw down some beach equipment to reserve the one, I repeat, the ONE front row space that the Chair/umbrella company leaves open. (again, umbrellas only). Otherwise you are 2nd row, looking between the seats of the elite to get a glimpse of the ocean lol. The sting hits you again when looking down the beach at untouchable miles of virgin sand, with private beach signs posted every lot. Thanks governor from Arkansas. It may be a game changer for us next year. Well see, we all have new umbrellas now.

Loved this little nook of Seagrove. House was close to the ocean and pool. Pool was great and well-kept. House is perfect for a large family. Had a slight issue with wi-fi but they responded immediately and told us how to fix it and later came by to make sure it was working. Great experience!

Our property was 59 S Ryan, Seagrove Beach. We loved the location and the house layout was very good. And, thank you for the beautiful weather.But, the house was lacking in several ways. My guess is that it was the end of the season. These items would be helpful.1. Working, non-stick skillets in the kitchen. There was one 5" that actually sat flat on the eye of the stove. The larger ones were warped.2. More lamps. There are none downstairs in the den or in the 2nd floor common area. We borrowed one from a bedroom to give light to the 2nd floor area. 3. A large mat/rug in the entry way would have been a tremendous help with wet feet coming in from the shower. We scrambled the whole time trying to find something to wipe our feet on. 4. New towels. The towels in the master were very thin. 5. Shrubbery trimed. We fought back the ones next to the front steps. The others were just over grown.

Family vacation for 8 adults and 7 children. Loved the location, across from the pool and short walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Bring your own dish towels and a spatula. I would definitely recommend this home to others. To the homeowners, Home should have a 2nd exit.

I was very happy with ITrip and the additional Benefits they provide. Jason, the property manager was very responsive. The house works well for my family. We have stayed at Grace Villa before It is an easy walk to the beach. 2 Issues have stood out. Refrigerator does not cool properly and has several shelves etc missing. Recommend replacing it. Also AC does not cool well. We rented 2 houses this year and the other house would get COLD. Grace Villa, you have to really watch the temp. as the ac units do not cool well. These 2 issues were the same each time we rented. Again the house layout was very workable and a very enjoyable place to stay

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention! We will discuss with maintenance to see what we can do. Regarding the AC, sometimes with houses of this size the air conditioning unit can have trouble keeping up in the hot summer. We hope to host you again!

The home was lovely, offered ample space and privacy for our large group, and was convenient to both the pool and beach for several active grandchildren!
