6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 
7. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm. 
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. ***If there are any personal items left behind and you would like us to ship back, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the shipping cost***

The view of the St James Marina is wonderful from Marina Way. We were lucky to have three sunny nice days during our stay. The unit was well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. It had a very beachy feel and look. We would definitely book this unit again even though we only needed two bedrooms. No stairs to climb since this is on the first floor. Highly accessible for all.

Great week at St. James Plantation

Our family really enjoyed our week at the condo we rented at St. James Marina. The condo was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The screened porch was wonderful to enjoy the weather and water views of the marina. We really appreciated all the seating that was available on the porch. We would definitely rent this condo again!

This condo is VERY nice. It is clean, nicely furnished and has lots of room. More towels would be great-we got one towel per person for a 3 day stay. Otherwise it was awesome!
