The house is nice BUT we had many issues. 1.When it rains, water leaks from the ceiling onto the mater bed onto the pillows. 2. Entry Door handle falls off. 3. Bathroom toilet paper holder barely holds onto the roll. 4. Toaster did not have handles so it was difficult to use. 5. No oven mits were provided to remove hot items from oven. We notified management and they said they would deliver the items while we were there and they never did.

This rental is attached to other homes NOT stand alone, although not listed or advertised that way. We realized this when we input the address through google maps as we were heading to the beach house. Advertised parking for four vehicles, we could barely fit two. No golf cart available with rental. No amenity card/cards available with rental. Outside trash cans not cleaned on a regular basis, which sit beside grill and are disgusting. A house that can occupy up to 18 guest should come with a third fridge in the garage as a drink fridge. Room over the garage was advertised as a king bed, but was actually two twin mattress held together by a fitted sheet. Holes in screen doors, allowing flies in. Many broken (janky) door knobs, especially entry way. Cheap hardwood flooring, several floor boards popping up that we stomped our toes on. Washer and dryer need to be replaced. Washer walked across the laundry room and dryer ran indefinitely. No pot holders in kitchen. Additional ice maker in kitchen was a nice idea but still can't keep up with 18 guests. Stove wouldn't boil water, had to take a pot to grill burner. Electrical issue in dining room, switch had to be held down for a few seconds for lights to come on. A few chairs were broken at dining room table. Air would not set below 70 in main house. Master suite bed sheets popped off, didn't fit bed. Master bathroom shower door handle broken. Banisters heading upstairs to second floor are wobbly. Mold growing out of a few outlets on second floor. A few outlets that did not work on the second floor. Mold found in bathrooms upon arrival. House in general needs updating and not worth the 8K we spent for the week

Wahoo was Wonderful!
4/5 stars
This year was our second time at this same location, but the first time was before it was renovated. We were very happy with the updates. Barry was a dream to work with and took our concern about the wifi not working seriously. He came to the house with the technician. There are MANY beach chairs in the garage. We didn't use the bikes, but they were there as well. The beds slept well. A couple of them were sinking in the middle a bit so people rolled into the middle, but nothing unbearable. The house was cleaner than many, but not the cleanest it could've been, especially the floors. However, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

As we enjoyed our stay at this vacation home, there were some issues we ran into during our stay. Listed below are the issues we had. We had major issues with the Wi-Fi. Many had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi on there phones and TVs. The TVs that did work many apps required a code. Upstairs AC thermostat locked and required a code. So it was set to one temperature and those who stayed upstairs were hot. I was told that the thermostat is set between (71-78) so it will not freeze out the unit. However we were able to set the downstairs thermostat to 68. And I'm sure we all would agree that in the summer time (71-78) is warm. The room with the two bunks and a twin bed, there was found a kids sock, cracker wrapper, and orange peels on the side of one of the bunks. We feel as though the home wasn’t cleaned by the cleaning crew that you have. I feel like a reimbursement should be offered because we had to do our own cleaning. Also the draw under the stove was very dirty. It seemed as if it had not been cleaned in months. We washed our clothes in the washing machine only to find out that the dryer didn’t work. So we had to go home with a bag full of wet laundry. The home was nice, big and accommodated everyone.

Fabulous Vacation
5/5 stars
My family and I loved our stay on Fripp Island, and this house was perfect for our large group of 20. The young girls had fun in their bedroom with the bunks, and even made use of the trundle bed. There was plenty of room in the house to relax and hang out, and the view from the sun room and the back porch was fabulous. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and small appliances. The adults staying in the upstairs queen bedrooms had to walk through a bunk room to get to their room, but that did not seem to bother anyone. ____There are a few areas of the house that could use some attention. There were multiple light bulbs burned out, some door and dresser knobs broken off, and a broken drawer in the fridge. In no way did these items affect our stay, but they are details that could be looked into.____We realized that the garage outlet closest to the road did not work when our electric golf cart did not charge overnight. The second outlet in the garage does work though.____If anyone is planning on staying at this beautiful house, I would recommend that you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, plus dish cloths and kitchen towels. A limited amount of these items are supplied, but we ran out very quickly. When we called Barry to mention this, he sent someone with more supplies to tide us over until we could get to a store. ____I cannot say enough good things about Barry and his staff. Barry answered or returned multiple phone calls from me and very efficiently took care of all our needs. He was always pleasant to talk to and even did research on dolphin tours when I asked about them. When we decided at the last minute to get golf carts, Barry worked to find us some.____We had a super time checking out the island on our golf carts and spending time at the beach. It was truly a memorable vacation.

Thank you iTrip so much for all your help during our Memorial Day stay. The house was perfect for our group of 15! The kitchen had every appliance, pan or serving piece we could ever need. The bedroom layout was great for three families. This was our first time on Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! Thanks for letting us make awesome 2020 memories in this great home!
