Come enjoy Plum Family Cabins which consists of two (2) beautiful cabins next to each other at the end of the street, for maximum privacy. Great place for a larger family and/or friends get away! Stylish and cozy cabins on top of Lookout Mountain both with screened-in porches, fire pits with seating areas and a private hot tub at Plum Nelly; only 2 miles to Cloudland Canyon State Park, 6 miles to McLemore Golf and 20+ miles to Chattanooga area attractions.

PLUM NELLY CABIN -

“My boyfriend and I SO enjoyed our New Years Eve and Day here. We went hiking at Cloudland Canyon State Park on New Year's Eve (less than 5 miles away), came home to soak in the CLEAN hot tub (ahahahahaha) and then enjoyed a cozy dinner for two. The furnishings are fashionably rustic yet very comfortable. There are televisions in the bedrooms and family room. The host left basic things like cooking spray, coffee creamer, coffee and other staples for us. We were also greeted with a note and a small gift.” Janet, Jan 2024

The Plum Nelly Cabin sits on top of beautiful Lookout Mountain, with a screened-in porch, outdoor patio, fire pit with sitting area, and private hot-tub facing the peaceful woods. Inside, all the amenities of home will make for an easy and comfortable stay. Cabin has 2 Queen bedrooms on the first floor and 2 twins in the upstairs loft. Enjoy your morning coffee or hot chocolate cozied up on the screened-in porch; relax in the hot-tub or on the oversized sofa after a day of hiking or exploring the local attractions. Even rainy days or a day to just sit back and relax will be especially treasured hanging out inside with the big screen tv, family games, snuggled up on the back porch swing or on the loft window bench to read a favorite book. For the music enthusiast, you’re welcome to be inspired at the family piano located in the master bedroom. Special memory making opportunities abound!

The Plum Cozy Cabin is located next door to Plum Nelly and is easily accessible via a path between the two cabins. Cabin has 1 Queen bedroom on the first floor and 2 twins in the upstairs loft. This beautiful cabin has an oversized screened-in porch with comfortable seating, hammock to enjoy and outdoor eating bar area. Includes additional outdoor seating area and fire pit to enjoy the peaceful setting. Owner has installed a deer feeding stand so you may be lucky enough to see some of these beautiful animals enjoying the are as well. Inside, all the amenities of home will make for an easy and comfortable stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch, then come back to relax after a day of hiking or exploring the local attractions.

Bedrooms in each cabin have Smart TVs equipped for streaming along with toys and games for the younger ones.

Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen within each cabin including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and other appliances to make meals a breeze – including a Keurig coffee pot/single serve, waffle-maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, and an array of pots and pans. And, whether you’re enjoying a takeout meal from local restaurants or cooking a meal yourself, the kitchen has all the basics to make grocery shopping less stressful. You’ll find stocked items that include coffee, creamer, tea, hot chocolate, pancake/waffle mix, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, cooking oil/spray, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc. There is seating for four in each kitchen and outdoor seating on the enclosed porch as well.

Pets:

Small dogs may be allowed (unfortunately we cannot accommodate cats); please inquire in advance. Pets must be leashed when outside and crated when guests are away. Please pick up after your pet (waste bags are provided).

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted (in/out). Do not dismantle smoke or carbon monoxide detectors as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels for your stay. Paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. We recommend you bring any additional or special items you may need.

MAINTENANCE
Report any maintenance needs to the Agent who will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.

NONSMOKING
Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited. Tenant will forfeit any deposit and be subject to a $500 fine due to smoking/vaping being found.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, allowed.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in designated homes and should be included in initial booking, or subsequent updates. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

POOL, HOT TUB & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a pool and/or hot tub, no lifeguard is on duty, the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur. Diving, horseplay or running is prohibited.  No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer.

Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, hot tub, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association, or iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties/events allowed; small family/friend celebrations possible but must inquire in advance. Tenant’s immediate removal and forfeit of rental fee and security deposit for: Exceeding maximum occupancy; any illegal activity; damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises. Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

TENANT
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or Georgia may result in removal and forfeit of rental fees and security/damage deposits.

The above are all causes for removal and forfeit of fees and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests, thereby exposing you to potential liability.
