About iTrip St. Petersburg Beaches

Liz plays an important role in both the marketing and presentation of our properties and the experience we provide to guests. She works closely with the iTrip St. Petersburg Beaches team to ensure each property is presented accurately, professionally, and at its very best across our marketing channels.

In addition to assisting guests with finding the right vacation property, Liz oversees much of our property photography and visual marketing, providing high-quality, up-to-date images that help our homes stand out in a competitive vacation rental market. Her attention to detail and understanding of what guests are looking for help us showcase each property effectively and set the right expectations from the moment a guest begins their search.

Charles works directly with property owners and provides overall leadership and direction for iTrip St. Petersburg Beaches. From the first conversation with a prospective owner through every stage of the management relationship, his focus is on delivering responsive, professional service while maximizing the performance and protecting the value of each property entrusted to the company.

With extensive experience in the local vacation rental market, Charles works closely with owners on rental strategy, property performance, marketing, and the many decisions that come with owning a successful vacation rental. He also leads the management team and remains personally involved in the business, giving owners direct access to experienced local leadership rather than a distant corporate management structure.

As General Manager, Brandon oversees the day-to-day operations of iTrip St. Petersburg Beaches and plays a central role in making sure our properties, guests, and owners receive the level of service they expect.

Brandon works directly with property owners and guests to resolve questions and issues quickly and professionally, while coordinating our housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and field operations. He oversees the team responsible for keeping more than 200 vacation rental properties operating smoothly and ensuring homes are properly prepared and maintained for every guest arrival.

Working closely with Charles, Brandon also provides owners with an additional senior point of contact and is available to step in whenever Charles is unavailable. His hands-on knowledge of our properties and daily operations provides an important layer of oversight and accountability for both our owners and our guests.
