Great location, clean condo (which is always super important to me), thoughtful addition (soap, sponges, laundry tabs,etc). Loved the free attraction ticket that came with each day we stayed. A few concerns with poor circulation, no fans or windows to open so it smelled like it was moldy, bad sofabed, Christmas decor still up which makes me wonder how long it’s been since someone was in there. Attraction ticket was a bit misleading as there weren’t as many attractions available as what is shown on the site. If we had a fan or a window to open (as opposed to the balcony door) and we didn’t need the sofabed, I would more highly recommend this condo.

We loved staying at Simply Blessed Mountain View. The condo was perfect in size and location. We never even knew the condos were there until now because they are snuggled into a privated area but right off of the main roar. Easy access to everything. Wonderful location. Everything was clean and well stocked. Elevator was very useful. Great experience! Recommend.

We spent 5 nights here celebrating our daughter’s 9th birthday. It was nothing short of fantastic. From check in to check out everything was great. I loved being able to sit in the living room and look out the door and see the beautiful Smokey Mountains. We will definitely be returning!!

Overall, iTrip was fairly easy to work with. My only complaint is that I had to pay in two installments. Initially I paid some portion upfront. Then I received an email stating that I had to pay the balance before a certain due date. I don't recall receiving an email or text reminder to pay the balance. It's possible I missed it though. My suggestion would be that you have to pay the entire amount upfront.

We took a family trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg not really knowing what we were going to do, or what to expect. Well, Simply Blessed was the perfect location! Centrally located to several attractions, restaurants, and things to do. The sunsets off the balcony were gorgeous, and the nights were peaceful and quiet. This place was a great location, clean, and peaceful! Definitely will remember for a future visit.

The condo was clean and very spacious. Amenities were nice, location was great, and the pool was nice. Would stay again! Had issue with the tv and smoke detector needing a battery; customer service was fast and efficient when responding and resolving the issues.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Beautiful condo and exactly as the pictures represent. It overlooks Parkway Blvd near Country Tonight Theater(located next door). Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset behind the mountains across the way was by far my favorite! Gorgeous! You’re within walking distance of 3 theaters, Dunkin Donuts, Cracker Barrel, Sunliner Diner, to name a few. I will certainly stay here again! Great location! Amenities on premises were nice as well. I enjoyed the walking trail every morning. My only personal preference would be a Keurig coffee machine. Lol! There is a regular coffee maker in the condo. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay! The condo is centrally located in PF right in the middle of all the entertainment options on the parkway. The condo was neat and clean and served our family perfectly. Beds and lazy boys were comfy. Dining room table fit 6 very comfortably. Things nice to know before you arrive: tp, dishwashing soap and dishwasher soap….there’s a little to get your started but you’ll need to purchase more to use your entire trip. :) Thank you!!

Great spot and could be a really great condo with some updates. Unit is outdated. Door for the balcony in the master bedroom leaks and isn’t properly secured. We had to hold the door so the wind during a thunderstorm wouldn’t break the doors at 4 AM. Water leaked through on both balcony doors. Master bathroom toilet was hit or miss if it would stop running after a flush. Not an ideal getaway experience for rest and relaxation.
