Each home books independently. Smaller groups frequently book a single townhome for up to 12 guests. Larger groups book two, three, or all four together.

How far in advance should we book for the ski season?

Peak ski weeks — Christmas, New Year's, MLK, Presidents Week, Spring Break — typically book three to six months in advance, sometimes earlier for the full Collection. Summer and shoulder seasons have shorter windows.

Are there stairs in the homes?

Yes. The townhomes are multi-level and built into the hillside, with stairs throughout. The layout may not work for guests who cannot manage stairs — contact the iTrip team before booking.

Can iTrip Park City help with chefs, transportation, and groceries?

Yes. Pre-arrival grocery stocking, private chef referrals, and group transportation coordination are common add-ons.

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing. 

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.
