1) The unit has one parking space that will not accommodate large vehicles.

2) Ocean Ritz has overflow parking across the street from the building which is first come first serve.

3) Additional parking is available in the city parking lot just past the overflow lot for $6 per day using Passport Parking app that must be installed on a cell phone. All of the information can about parking on multiple PCB city parking lots be found at the link provided below:

4) The parking lot at 9941 Thomas Drive allows for weekly parking at $42 per week. This lot should be able to accommodate boats or large vehicles such as RVs.
