**CANCELLATION POLICY**

If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.

Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

**RULES AND REGULATIONS**

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.

Took a short trip to PCB. Property was well maintained and managed. Our condo had oceanfront views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The property was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. We will book again.

The view is fantastic. The unit was clean, free of mold, and as described. The beach is great - that is what we went for - clean sand, clear water, and not crowded. The amenities were also as described. The management was very responsive. We are giving this five stars. The management took care of for things WHICH ARE NOT in the owner's or management control: While we were there, one of the elevators required repairs which were handled rapidly.

We stay here twice a year, usually in a different condo. This condo needs some updating. The tv in the bedroom is smaller than a computer monitor. The tv in the living room area isn’t centered with the furniture, not sure how you’re supposed to watch it, and it’s also the size of a computer monitor. The floors need to be deep cleaned, they were especially dirty in the kitchen. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the bedding was lacking. I understand it’s a rental, but the comforter was not much thicker than the sheet. Usually, I don’t have anything bad to say, but this condo needs some attention, in the cleanliness area. I did not contact the rental company as we were only there a few nights and these are things that can’t be quickly remediated.

We had a great time during our stay at Commodore 902. The room was perfect for the two of us. Gerald made sure our stay was pleasant and took care of the only small issue we had. Our car was in the shop almost the entire week, so we had lots of meals next door at Patches.

Nice condo and enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was in the bathroom off of the bedroom. Had a problem with the sliding shower doors; they kept getting off track. Hope to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Commadore. Our condo had a nice view of the ocean. Our bedroom had access to the balcony as well, which was nice. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. My family would stay here again.

YES, as other reviews state the property isn’t the most up to date decor. HOWEVER it certainly didn’t affect our enjoyment! You aren’t moving in just staying for a few days! It was furnished with everything we needed. The condo is comfortable and in a fantastic location. For a larger property the elevators were fast and efficient. We were there Memorial Day weekend and never felt suffocated by the crowds both at property and in the general East PCB area. Walk to Patches Bar and Grill or Alvin’s Island and other shops. Super close to Shell Island Shuttle, boat rentals, and beach activities/rentals. Would absolutely recommend this condo or any unit in The Commodore.

The condo was as described. This unit definitely needs updated compared to other units I’ve stayed in in the condo building. We loved the location being on the quiet end of pcb. Itrips does a wonderful job of getting instructions to you for check in, during stay communication, and follow up of stay after departing from location. Amber with itrips was great with communication. It was nice having someone to text if needed. I will book again through itrips.

This was our first time visiting PCB I didn’t do much research but I was delighted to see we were on the quiet end of the beach. The views from condo were beautiful. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The check in was nice and easy will definitely book again.

I have stayed at commodore condominiums for many years. Unit 902 is a nice condo however it does need some attention. There is a large crack in the wall in the area near the washer dryer. The carpet is ripped and frayed at the entrance to the living area. There is a large dark streak across the ceiling in the bedroom where the air is coming out of the vent. I was disappointed to see these things upon check-in and contacted the rental company immediately. Commodore condos are wonderful! I stay there every time I visit Panama City Beach. This condo just needs a little TLC.
