$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.

Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

**RULES AND REGULATIONS**

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Commodore. We always stay in 102 and it never disappoints. The weather was beautiful and our host greeted us at the condo. He was very nice and helpful. We will be back for our annual trip next October. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed this place. Nice and cozy. But the star really was the view and beach access. Absolutely perfect. Only small criticism would be to replace the kitchen blinds. Gerald provided great communication throughout our stay and answered all of my questions promptly. Thanks Gerald!

Always have a great time in PCB, and the Commodore is always our favorite place. We had a great time and loved the unit we stayed in. The only hiccup was the washing machine in the unit. The motor decided it was time to die. Gerald our property manager came through to offer us towels and brought in reinforcements to get the problem remedied. Unfortunately, it didn’t get replaced by the time we left but Gerald took care of us nonetheless. We definitely felt well taken care of. Will definitely look forward to coming back soon!

Our stay here at condo 102 at the Commadore was absolutely excellent!! The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, couch was also very comfortable. Beautiful patio furniture and extremely close to pool and beach..very easy access. Chair rental was a plus as well as the easy parking. And our room being on the ground floor had straight in access from the parking lot..no elevator needed! This info was perfect.

Amber with Itrip is a great host. We always enjoy our stay at the Commodore. 1. Love the new ramp to the beach. Much easier for the wagons accessibility. We love the beach. 2. We do wish the pool was bigger. People are so close together and playing their different loud musics from chairs and balconies. We didn’t know what to wear to the dance party🤣😂 country, rap or salsa attire. We have a great sense of humor though. 3. We love the beach chair rental guy Josh. He has always been so nice to us and helpful. We have witnessed some of the people be very rude to him. 4. Our Condo was very clean. The problems we found before Amber had them fixed. 5. I am always excited and can’t wait for my next trip there. Looking forward to our next stay. 😁

We stayed in commodore 102 and had the GREATEST vacation we have ever had. The condo was PERFECT. The location was fantastic, the view was beautiful. It was easy to get to everything, the pool and hot tub were both great. We already booked another room at the same place for next year. I would highly recommend this place.

The condo is beautifully decorated, the view is perfect. Staying on the first floor was enjoyable and easy to get in/out. I recommend incoorporating a locking mechanism on the back sliding door after exiting, as that's the reason for having a first floor room for easy access to the beach/pool. Also some better window coverings as many panels were broken and not working correctly and being on the first floor any people can see inside. We have stayed at the Commodore twice and never had a bad experience, its now my first choice. The location is great, not overly crowded and within walking distance to the State Park. The staff is always kind and courteous. Check in/out is a breeze. Itrip managers left a wonderful welcome basket, checked in prior and during for any inconveniences. I would recommend this unit. Thanks for a wonderful place to visit during vacations.
