Calypso Resort is situated in the heart of all the attractions on the West End of Panama City Beach. Here, you can walk to the Pier to see what you can reel in or see what the locals are catching. Just across the street is Pier Park, the area's hub of entertainment. Pier Park offers big names like Dave & Busters and Margaritaville, as well as mom-and-pop shops; there is truly something for everyone. You will have direct beach access, with two beach chairs and umbrella service included with all reservations, jet ski rentals, volleyball, and much more! The resort has an on-site gym, beachfront pools, a seasonal tiki bar, and a general store.
The space:
Calypso Resort Tower 1 Unit 1606 is located on the 16th floor of the east tower, only steps from the parking garage walkover. It's thoughtfully updated and decorated to feel like your coastal home away from home, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway!
✔ Bedrooms: King-size bed in the primary bedroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the second bathroom. The third bedroom features twin-over-twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.
✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The second/guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and entrances from the hallway and guest bedroom.
✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings
✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, a Keurig coffee maker, and a drip-maker for your morning brew. There is a dining table with seating for four, as well as bar seating for three.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.
✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.

- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
- Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
- Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
- Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
- Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.
Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.
