INTERIOR

The home's open floor plan creates a welcoming, connected space where the living area, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen flow naturally together. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, and a sunny breakfast nook overlooking the patio makes for a great spot to start the morning. On cooler evenings, the living room fireplace is the perfect place to unwind. A full-size washer and dryer are also available inside the home for your convenience.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the spa, or settle in around the firepit in the outdoor lounge as the desert cools down for the evening. An outdoor shower adds a convenient finishing touch after a day in the sun. Mature citrus and palm trees give the space a lush, relaxed feel, and with no residences behind the property, you'll enjoy a peaceful, private setting throughout your stay.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary suite is generously sized and features a walk-in closet, direct access to the backyard and pool, and a beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a large shower. The two additional guest bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, each with access to a full bathroom.

Situated in the heart of Palm Desert, the home puts you within easy reach of just about everything the valley has to offer. El Paseo Drive — the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert" — is just minutes away, with world-class dining, boutique shopping, and live entertainment. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, championship golf courses, and scenic desert hiking trails are all a short drive away.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking. No parties. For the Cancellation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
