This beautifully maintained elevated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers modern coastal style, generous space, and thoughtful accessibility, all set in a peaceful, tree-lined area that provides a sense of privacy and calm for both you and your four-legged companions.
Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features a separate ground-level living space complete with its own bedroom and full bath—perfect for extended family, guests seeking added privacy, or multi-generational stays. Upstairs, open and light-filled living areas invite you to relax after a day at the beach, with an elevated perspective that captures coastal breezes and a tranquil, natural backdrop.
For added convenience, the home includes a platform lift elevator, ideal for transporting luggage, groceries, or assisting guests with mobility needs. A 4-seater golf cart is included, making the quick and easy ride to the beach part of the experience—perfect for families, groups, or cruising the island together without the hassle of parking.
Surrounded by mature trees yet close to everything Oak Island has to offer, this pet-friendly home strikes the perfect balance between quiet relaxation and easy coastal access.
Highlights:
Pet-friendly home. Limit of 2 dogs (combined weight no more than 100 lbs). A $200 non-refundable pet fee applies.
Pets must be disclosed when booking, and dogs must be up to date on vaccines and on flea and tick prevention.
The home does not have a crate, so please bring one if needed.
