Contemporary open concept living area allows for everyone being together even while engaged in different activities. Plenty of Comfortable Seating; large screen TV for streaming your favorite shows; Large Coffee Table for playing the Wide Variety of Games. The Large Island allows room for keeping the cook entertained, playing games & putting puzzles together or the perfect buffet for feeding your crowd. The Island also has electrical outlets & a Wireless Printer is provided if you choose to bring a little work along. Fully stocked Kitchen - lots of food storage & bonuses -Charcuterie Boards & accessories. Small Appliances include Kitchen Aid Mixer, Kitchen Aid Chopper, Instant Pot, Waffle Maker, Hand Mixer, Bean Grinder - fresher coffee taste, Hot Water Kettle, & Ninja Blender. This cottage sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. The Primary has a King-Sized Bed, Desk, a large Closet, Dressers, a Smart TV & Marsh Views. The EnSuite features a Double Sink Vanity, Large Glassed-In Shower with Rain Shower Head, Handheld Massaging Sprayer & Teak Stool. 2nd Bedroom (King) with Large Closet, Dresser, Smart TV & Marsh Views. 3rd Bedroom has a Queen, Set of Twin Bunkbeds, Desk & Smart TV. Both have Large Closets & share a Hall Bath with Tub/Shower combination.
The Large Front Porch has an Ocean View where you can watch both the sunrise & sunset. The Back Deck has Serene Marsh Views. Watch the Wildlife of the Marsh from this Back Porch View, perfect for a cup of morning Joe or glass of wine in the evening.
The back of the ground level has an In Ground Pool, a Outdoor Shower (hot/cold) with Bonus Dog Sprayer; Beach Cart, 4 Beach Chairs & 2 Umbrellas for fun beach days; Large Charcoal Grill, Conversation Area & Picnic Table that folds into 2 Bench Seats; & 2 Hammock Chairs. If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 2 dogs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. *No Dogs Allowed in Pool*
*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.

3. Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 40lbs (27kg)**A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool.
4. Home is not child proof, please be aware this home is an elevated property with a pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in or around the pool.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm.
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. No running around and no diving in the pool. Diving can result is serious injury or death. We are not responsible for any injury or death resulting from use of the pool and the surroundings.
