****In late Nov., 2022, Park Shore Resort unexpectedly began a construction project expecting to extend through first week of Jan.2024. This project entails removal of lanai planter box structures, lanai flooring, & lanai screen/structure.****

***Construction on Building E/unit#330 is scheduled between April 10- July 28, 2023. Discount of 25% off base rental rate is being offered for reservations made during this Bldg.E construction period.....assuming lanai is not available for guest usage.***

****Starting Feb.28, 2023, the elevators in buildings E & F will be out of service for several weeks due to system modernization.*****

Starting January 1, 2023 there will be a required $100.00 Security FOB fee charged to all renters by the Park Shore Resort. This provides renters access to the pool, tennis courts, fitness center and bike storage areas. Any reservation booked on our before Oct.15, 2022 for stays in first quarter of 2023 will be grandfathered in and not owe the Security FOB Fee.
