Starter Supply
Your unit will come with a starter supply of personal toiletries and paper goods, individually wrapped and sealed until you open them. The initial supply includes a starter set of toilet paper and facial tissue in each bathroom, and paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen, as well as starter-sizes of:

Kitchen - liquid dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen cleaning wipes, hand soap

Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, massage body bar, body lotion, makeup wipe, body wash, hand soap

iTrip Maui also provides a starter set of salt/pepper packets, and a welcome coffee pack (no filter required!) with sugar/creamer packets included.

Smaller sizes are provided to prevent waste - not everyone cooks & washes dishes on vacation. But we want you to have enough to get started without having to run to the grocery store before checking in! Starter supplies are not replenished.


 
We need the tenant to be 25 or older. The guests of the tenant may be younger.
Smoking is allowed outside only, in designated areas. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit or on the lanai.

Yikes! Termites!!

Great property location. Bed and pillows were good. Unit was clean but worn and in need of some general maintenance: Mold in shower, bedroom drawers and kitchen cabinet doors wouldn't stay closed and had to tied or jammed shut. Kitchen was poorly equipped: only 4 teaspoons, bowls so small you couldn't even fix a cup of oatmeal, no serving bowls, no mugs, no measuring cups. We ran the dishwasher once or twice a day to have enough utensils. Major issue was termites in the bedroom ceiling. Droppings were so bad on the pillows that we were given access to another unit to sleep in. iTrip was very responsive; Melinda very helpful. However, this issue did cost us most of 2 days of our vacation with inspections, etc. I understand that the property manager (Outrigger, HOA ?) had gotten a prior complaint about droppings on the bed and unfortunately hadn't resolved the matter which made the unit unlivable.

Excellent stay for the second time

We absolutely love this condo! The view is incredible. You can hear the ocean and waves breaking on the beach all night which makes for a very restful sleep. The bed is comfortable. The condo is clean and well maintained. The property is quiet and beautiful. Working with iTrip has been a fantastic experience for us in the past 4 years. We highly recommend Napili Shores as well as booking travel with iTrip.

Great location and comfortable stay

Repeat customer and condo was clean and comfortable as expected. Hoping the owners will update this unit as the downstairs H-167 was much more usable with regards to the kitchen and bathroom. Slightly disappointed that there were no coffee filters provided even though the coffeemaker was available plus paper towels. Sugar ants were everywhere and very active; we had to keep our food supplies in the refrigerator and microwave. Electronics exceeded our expectation and Siri not really needed as we spent most of our time outdoors. Look forward to future visits but most likely will rent H-167 because of the updates.

Nice Condo, Great Location, Responsive Management

It was our first trip to Maui and we were directed to this condo by our cousins who have stated at this complex many times, and specifically in the H building. We would absolutely return and rent this same condo. The condo was in a perfect location, within a 2 min walk to Napili beach (excellent snorkeling), a 15 minute drive to Lahaina, had gorgeous ocean views, 2 great pools, 2 great restaurants, a bar and a place to rent all types of equipment on site. We were there with our large family group and the grilling area/picnic tables were great for us. The condo itself mostly suited our needs and was comfortable. I felt like the photos and description of the condo were right on target. We brought our own toiletries and the starter sets of paper towels, toilet paper and soap that were provided were sufficient for us for our 8 day trip. I read in a review, and will reiterate here - there were no left over spices, including salt and pepper (fortunately, our cousins next door had 2 sets of salt and pepper and shared with us - it does seem a bit wasteful for each guest to have to purchase salt and pepper). For future renters: 1. If you plan on spending a lot of time at the beach or pool daily, , I would recommend to bring our purchase 2 more beach towels (the condo had 2). Without a washer and dryer in the unit, our towels never dried completely day after day, it would have been inconvenient to have to go to the laundry facilities to dry our towels daily, so it would have been nice to give the towels a day off to dry. And, 2. there was also no cooler in the condo, so you will need to rent one for $20 for the week from the outdoor store attached to the office (all my other family members had coolers in their condos). iTrip was excellent to deal with both before and during our trip - they were very nice and responsive. Early in our trip, we discovered the microwave did not work. We called and left a message in the morning and when we returned from the beach in the afternoon, a new microwave had been delivered and set up. Upon leaving, I contacted iTrip to provide MINOR feedback: 1. We only had 7 hangers which was not enough for 2 of us staying for 8 days, 2. The fitted sheet was ill fitting and wouldn't stay on the bed. It sounded like they would resolve both issues. The other piece of feedback I forgot to provide was that the beach chairs weren't in great condition, including one Tommy Bahama chair and one that seemed to have been purchased at a drug store (all of our other family that joined us had much better chairs).

The property exceeded our pretty high expectations overall and better yet the customer service was truly excellent, from returning our call promptly on the way from the airport to tell us the u it was available a little early to addressing a minor issue resetting the router. Napili Shores is true gem, an excellent value and Unit 267 is an excellent choice, perfectly capturing the trade winds with natural ventilation and an excellent view. Thanks again

We stayed 1 week in H267. Although there were a few things that needed repair or updating, the condo was comfortable, had a great view over the lower pool and bay, and the folks from iTrip were thorough, efficient and kind.

Wonderful stay at Napili Shores

We LOVED our stay at The Napili Shores Resort. The resort was wonderful for our family of 5: 2 teenagers, and a toddler. The Resort is clean and quite. The pools were great! The beach access was easy. There are two restaurants on the property that are great. We had a view of the ocean and watched whales and sea turtles from our balcony. Most importantly about the rental was the fantastic service we received from iTrip Vacations. When we had questions or needed anything, we received prompt response and attentiveness. We will definitely rent from iTrip again.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Napili is our favorite area and so far this is our favorite place to rent. Hope we can get the same place again next yr. It was just what I needed. View was wonderful and we even got into the Gazebo one morning for breakfast. It's quite the hot spot. Best short vac ever, next time a few more days will be included. Even swam with turtles! Itrips handled transaction quickly. Had no trouble checking in.

Our trip to Maui was made so much better by iTrips. We like to get away at Napili Shores next to two great beaches north of Lahaina. The atmosphere is relaxing with two pools and beautiful views. This year our booking was handled by iTrips which went smoothly and at the end we just collected our things and left as they took responsibility for all of the cleaning, including garbage disposal and any food we left behind. Great trip!

We love Napili Shores and have vacationed there many times. The property is quiet and beautifully landscaped. Our one bedroom condo with kitchen was perfect for preparing our own breakfast and lunch while taking advantage of some amazing restaurants in the area for dinner. We will be back!
