NOTE: The adjacent South Seas Tower 1 & 2 buildings are in the midst of ongoing construction projects in common areas and unit exterior areas due to Hurricane Irma; therefore, there may be intermittent construction noise, especially outdoors, between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.

First time in Marco Island and we loved it! The condo is within walking distance of several restaurants and right on the beach. The views were fabulous from the veranda and loved having our coffee in the morning and wine at night while Enjoying the views. The condo was just as described in the kitchen was nicely stocked for our needs. Mark, the rental manager was easy to work with and answered my texts in a timely fashion with any concerns or needs I had.
