Great stay
5/5 stars
Great stay! Excellent proximity to the beach. We rode bicycles to the beach every day. Very quiet neighborhood which we loved. Kitchen has everything you need. Would have loved a Kureg instead of a coffee pot. Very clean house. Check out was too early...should be 11 or 12 d/t limited flight schedule choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Short drive to grocery store. Easy drive to Naples, Goodland and Everglades. Very attentive property manager. Great space inside and outside the house. Well equipped house including everything you need for the beach. Kitchen is a bit small but it works. 2nd refrigerator/freezer in the garage was very handy. WiFi and air conditioning was excellent.

Family fun stay - lots of entertainment
4/5 stars
There were 7 of us on our annual family vacation, which we normally go to NC but decided to try a different place. We had so much fun playing pool and relaxing on the patio & in the living room. The kitchen is a little small but we made it work. There were enough beach chairs for all of us and the wagon & cart made it easy to walk to the beach. The kitchen table was big enough to play games. My only suggestions/comments are that it would have been nice to have a TV in one of the bedrooms. I suggest putting in black out shades in the master bedroom. I was also surprised there was not a lounge chair on the lanai to lay down and tan. I would definitely stay here again.

Marco pool
4/5 stars
Enjoyed our stay. Need to remove carpet in bedroom! Slips on tile and could cause injury. Couch needs some spot cleaning and a lemon/lime press would be a good kitchen addition for all those poolside drinks. Nice quiet neighborhood. Use of G garage door opener was a nice touch

Great House i would give the house 4 stars.
5/5 stars
Our first time in Marco island was overall a good experience. The house was great equipped with a pool and a great patio hang out area. We are a family of 6 so it gave us a chance to all be together on the patio . This house had 6 yo 7 beach chairs. beach umbrellas, bocci ball, pickle ball, spike ball, which the kids all played with . The 3 bikes were great to tour the island too . The beach cart came in handy too as we drove to the beach most days and my husband would drop us off and go back and get the bike and lock that up and then come to the beach . August is the rainy season so most of our days we needed to get to the beach early because by 3 pm the siren would alarm and you needed to leave the beach due to thunderstorms . The storms lasted until 10pm most days so this was challenging. The island itself has a lot of great places to eat and Publix is the local grocery store which i ordered our food for the week to get delivered on the day of our arrival and this went well. The coolers were not in the best condition but we made them work for the week. Overall it was a nice trip . We visited the Everglades and did an airboat tour and the kids liked to see the alligators and they got to hold a baby alligator. We also took a trip to Naples which was about 50minutes away and that was fun. In Marco Island there is a beach called Tigertail which is beautiful and has a lot of great seashells so the kids enjoyed this beach. There is 200 parking spots and they charge you 8 dollars for the day to park and it is about a 20 minute walk to the beach from the parking lot . Hope this helps you to plan you trip to Marco Island. We did rent a car and i feel you need to . Mark was very attentive to any concerns and gave us a lot of good tips on things to do and see in Marco which i found very helpful.
- Colleen

Thank you so much for such a comprehensive review that future guests will find very helpful whether they are planning their first trip to Marco Island or coming back for the first time in years. As you noted, the owners have done a wonderful job outfitting the house with all the beach gear a guest could want or need. The bikes are a great way to explore the Island and get to and from the beach. Glad to hear you enjoyed sightseeing in Naples, the Everglades and everything this house has to offer. Please be sure to book with us again!

Fun 1/2 Week Vaca
5/5 stars
The house was the perfect size for our party of 5 and was well appointed. The Pool Table took the cake, though. The beach is super close and accessible. The bikes are great, though we couldn't figure out the bike locks so didn't want to chance them getting stolen. The only suggestion would be to add a fan to the bathroom that is not in the MB. The house could use a few small updates, but really no complaints. Nice walks from the house. Essentially, you don't need to take the car anywhere. Lastly, the management company is very responsive and answers any and all questions immediately. We would stay here again!
- Stacey

Thank you for your review and we love it when someone says they would come back. Glad you enjoyed the pool table and it is a unique amenity here on Marco. And we couldn't agree more about not needing to drive: the home is less than half a mile to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the Island. Sorry about the bike lock issue and I will share your suggestion about a bathroom fan with the owners. Thank you for the opportunity to host you and your family and we are so glad you got to create great memories that will last a lifetime. We look forward to your return visit!!!

Marco Island

House was perfect for our size (4 adults, 4 kids)! Very clean and owner/management very responsive. House close to beach; could easily walk to public access but we also rented a golf cart during our trip to get around the island.

Great house with pool
4/5 stars
Our family of 5 stayed here for a week while vacationing in Marco Island. The house was great. Great location close to the beach and many restaurants. The kids loved the pool and having 3 bedrooms and room to run was great for my 3 boys. The only minor issue with the house is the water pressure in the master shower. It was so low that it was unusable. We had to use the shower in the kids bathroom. Not a huge issue at all, but just wanted to mention. Overall, we loved the house and had a wonderful week there!

Fee Fo Review
5/5 stars
Loved the property which had a great location to the beach!
- Marilyn

Thank you for your review! One of the many great things about this home is how close it is to the nearest public beach access point (only 0.4 miles). As we get into peak season, that becomes even more valuable as public beach parking on Marco is limited. Also, the owners provide a beach cart, cooler, chairs and an umbrella so guests don’t have to bring/rent/buy anything to have a great time on the beach. Please come visit us again!!!
