This house was great! Group of 10 with plenty of room. Everything you could need in the kitchens if you cook. Patio was big with plenty of seating. Also a balcony which provided shade on the patio. Great views of the beach. Hoping to return next year

The house was amazing! Our original house was not ready for our vacation ( due to hurricane damage) so we ended up with this house. Enjoyed having the separate living spaces, we only had 5 people in our party but you could easily have 3 family’s stay here and all have plenary of space. the beach is easily accessible right out the back door. The beach here was quiet and not overly busy during our stay! I hope we can stay here again in the future.

We were the first to stay after the hurricane. The house and amenities are outstanding. Great location, close to stores, restaurants, John's pass, etc. The kitchens are equipped with Great tools/appliances. We loved the 3 units, with the bottom one being the common area. We weren't able to utilize the down outside area, as they were working to repair this, but when it's done it will be fantastic. Would def stay here again.

Yoda House is a great location to stay. We have stayed here 3 times. But, I will say the accommodations are getting very dated, needs updates. Inside furniture & chairs are getting old and stained. Last year I suggested that the mattresses downstairs be replaced, but doesn't look like they were, very uncomfortable. We couldn't figure out how to use the stovetop upstairs, not sure if it works. Small wall air-conditioner downstairs doesn't work very well and needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Blow dryer upstairs in second hall bath doesn't work. I reported to you while I was there about the insect larva on lamp shade inside to left of outside door upstairs. We did enjoy our stay again, but cannot give a 5 star due to a few things that I mentioned above. I am sure we will return, but would suggest an update on the accommodations.

The Yoda house is amazing and we can not wait to come back for our 5th year in a row! This place is directly on the beach, roomy, comfortable, and well maintained. It is within walking distance to great bars, restaurants, John's Pass, and the gas station. iTrip responds immediatly anytime we've had a question or concern. They are a great company to rent from.

Our recent visit to Yoda House was our 4th year in this house and each year just gets better and better! We were especially pleased with accessing the house on our first day, the communications we received throughout our stay, and the simple process of ending our stay. We had an issue with the internet access in the house and a technician was sent to the house within 2 hours to address our concerns. Great service and we will be back. Danny

This was our 12th year celebrating our yearly holiday tradition with friends in the Yoda Beach House. It is set up perfectly for several families to have their own private space but also has plenty of communal areas to hang out together -- like the back porch, directly on the beach, the top porch, perfect for beach sunsets, the large dining table and lots of nice furniture out back. Our favorite is the back porch fire pit, as we are always here in December. We especially love this house because we cook a holiday meal here. Having THREE full kitchens has spoiled us. We also love walking the mile (even though we have cars) to John's Pass for great dining and shopping. And the Speedway directly across the street is perfect when you run out of beer or firewood. And a special thank you to the iTrip management this year. We had some very minor problems on check-in day and they took care of them politely and quickly before the majority of our group arrived. They also set us up with axe throwing at Smack My Axe - a great group activity, especially if you have a rainy afternoon like we did. We hope to have many more years of gathering here. Thank you!

Just got back from a week here. First off the house is huge! Alot of it has been renovated and is pretty awesome. The outside tables were great to hang out at. The house is set up a bit strange and when you look at the photos it is not that obvious. We had all college age kids with us so it wasn't a problem. The house is really 3 separate apartments. To access the upstairs apartments you have to go outside. One side has a spiral staircase and the other side has a regular staircase. The house has 3 full kitchens. Two of the refrigerators do not make ice. The downstairs "main" kitchen needs a new dishwasher, it does not work very well. The downstairs table is awesome. The weber grill is also great. I will definitely rent it again....it fit our family perfectly, but I wish the ice machines worked and the dishwasher cleaned better.

Our 4 families of 13 stayed in the Yoda Beach House. It is a beach front property with easy access to the beach. The home is clean and the furnishings are nice. The kitchens are well stock with dinnerware and glasses. Loved the bathrooms with the large showers! The home was comfortable for our group of 4 families. We enjoyed the back patio area with plenty of room for all. The kids and teens enjoyed Johns Pass (boardwalk) just a few blocks from The home! Lots of amenities and boat/jet ski rentals nearby. We book an afternoon boat ride to treasure island and had a blast! All and all the house was comfortable. Only issues that could be addressed by owner: fridge downstairs didn't have a working ice maker. The Mattress are not very comfortable and probably could use replacing. If we return to Madeira Beach with a large group we would go back to the Yoda House without hesitation!

We had a great stay at our rental and didn't need to call iTrip during our stay. I did call prior to the stay and they were very prompt in returning my call and knowledgeable on the house I was renting. Information on the house was sent a few days before check in. No issues with checking out.

This was the sixth or seventh year we have rented the Yoda Beach House for our holiday gathering of college friends (now in its 25th year). We are all grownups, so really appreciate how the house is broken up into separate areas. We only had 7 this year, but this house can easily sleep 10-14. We LOVE the newly remodeled downstairs kitchen -- as we cook a turkey and all the usual holiday stuff. We also love all the new furniture outside outback. We spend a lot of time around the firepit. Also note: We have NEVER had the neighbors complain, even though we often stay out back late. The folks who own the house next door usually pop in and say hi, but we rarely see them. We had zero maintenance issues this year, but in the past the company was quick to respond to fix things like a door off the track. We are looking forward to many more years of gathering in Yoda Beach House!

Three families off to celebrate the New Year in the Tampa Bay area. We could not have picked a better place. The common area was perfect for dinner time when we were not out sampling the cuisine from local restaurants and pubs.____The rooms were large with enough beds throughout the house to accomodate everyone. But the best feature of this house was without contest its back patio and its access to the beach. Simply wonderful! A nice cocktail around the fire outside while listening to the waves.____A tiny bit of an issue with the wifi coverage throughout the house but we weren't really there for the Internet.____Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We had an amazing time at the Yoda beach house. It was very spacious and loved that it was right on the beach. You can find a pier about a mile down the road with lots of things to do and the local bars were tons of fun. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our blended family. Entry and communication was good; the layout perfect for family privacy. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of stained furniture, some TVs that did not work (no big deal!), and some damage to ceilings. This did not affect our time there, and I imagine it is hard to keep on top of so many items. Would definitely consider staying there again.

I’ve stayed at many beach house rentals over the past couple of decades and Yoda Beach House rates among our favorites. You simply can’t beat having the beach in your back yard! The iTrip folks were very responsive. I’d asked ahead of our trip about possibly needing a pack & play and beach chair supply. We called when we arrived and they brought the pack & play straight away and we had beach chairs the next day. They were very responsive to our needs. The house location is close to John’s Pass with shopping and restaurants. We made an afternoon trip to Clearwater Aquarium ($10 after 4:00) and had dinner on the beach in Clearwater. My husband chartered a fishing boat and brought home dinner for the night. He loved the grill at the house. We were able to rent paddle boards right on the beach near the house. It was a perfect vacation and perfect house for our party of 12 (4 families from CA, VA & WI)

I found the location and the beach great, and what we hoped for. We spent two weeks with family from overseas with ages ranging from 15 months to 75. Unfortunately there were a few issues that we found along the way. We arrived to a home that was not fully cleaned and a BBQ that was too old to use, but these items were quickly rectified. The house itself is run down in many areas. The patio has risen stones that can make it dangerous for kids. You will also want to move the old rusty fire pit out of the way of little ones. We were welcomed by glass on the patio and empty beer bottles. The covered patio roof has so many holes in its does not function when it rains (for us it stormed most nights as you expect in FL). The outside stairs by the outdoor shower are dangerous, the hand rail is rotten. Do not plan on using the pull out couches, they are old, stained and have no padding. We bought foam from Walmart to try and allow us to use. My children of 35lbs we uncomfortable so certainly not for an adult. We will be claiming for numerous items of clothing that were damaged/burnt by the dryer. Upon check out (10am) we were loaded up and ready to go. The cleaners arrived at 9.59am. My wife tried to take our baby back in the house to change a diaper before a long journey and use the restroom and we were told we could not. The cleaning team are very rude. All in for a large family beach vacay its a good spot, note though a busy part of the beach due to it being public and next door to the parking lot. Felt like a lot of work is needed on the home though.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll make sure the patio is looked at and if there are any bumps that they are taken care of as best as possible. The outdoor stairs and patio cover are already scheduled for repair and replacement. Unfortunately, as we do have incoming Guests usually on the same day as checkouts, our cleaners are instructed to not to allow use of the facilities once they are cleaned to be sure that everything is perfect for the next incoming Guest. So sorry if this caused any inconvenience for your family. Thank you for your stay, and hope we might be able to help again in the future!

The listing description and photos were very accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities! iTrip has to be the best agency to deal with. No standing in lines to check in when we got there. They emailed a code for the doors and we were already checked in online. Great customer service! We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. The area has plenty of activities, attractions and restaurants and a few fresh fish markets where we purchased Lion fish, grouper and shrimp and grilled out at the house. We have a large immediate family of 8 that stayed in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone everyone. Actually more room than we really needed. Can’t say enough about this house! Don’t miss out!

My family recently stayed at Yoda’s Beach House for a week in March. We were 13 people that covered 4 generations. This house was perfect for us! The house was very large with plenty of space for everyone. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the fact that it had 3 kitchens meant there was plenty of room for all the food and beverages that it takes to take care of that many people. Being right on the beach was great, especially when you have children. The beach was beautiful with soft sand and you can walk for miles either direction. Did I mention the beautiful sunsets! The outdoor patio and upper deck with its abundance of outdoor furniture was also a great place to hang out. The house was within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Our favourite destination was John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk. There was great shopping and restaurants where you could watch all the boats and dolphins go by. Our family went on a Pirate ship cruise there that both the kids and adults enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this property to large families or groups who need a lot of space and want to have a great vacation experience!

We rented this house for my mother's 60th birthday. It was PERFECT! Gave lots of room for 3 families and enough privacy that a week long trip didn't seem like too much. We were traveling with two young children so we did a lot of cooking in. Two comments we would make are the kitchen could use some new cookware. The pots and pans were in rough shape and made it difficult to make breakfast in the morning. Also, the patio furniture was AWESOME, but the beach chairs were in bad condition. There were 4 chairs at the house and 2 of them were ripped and the other two badly stained. Would be nice if they have a few more beach chairs, especially since I doubt the property owner would want anyone to take the nice patio furniture to the beach. Otherwise, things were perfect. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat, regardless of the critiques.

Great house. This was our 3rd year and just booked for next year. Loved the upgrades that were added this year. My group just loves that there is sitting for all of us on the inside and outside. Don’t need to pack any towels, sheets and beach towels. It is all there.

We really enjoyed the Yoda Beach House. The location is fantastic. We spent lots of time out on the beach, and it was easy for both the toddlers and the grandparents to get out there. The house itself was very accommodating, just a couple minor maintenance issues that weren't a big deal. The grandparents and youngest slept downstairs, those who could handle the stairs went upstairs (stairs are outside the house, and definitely take your time on the spiral staircase). The kids loved the chessboard and sand toys.

We stayed at the Yoda House for our annual trip for the Falcons/Buccaneers game. We had 5 couples staying here and then had several friends come and hang out. The house was fantastic and we will definitely consider again. The house is large enough to give everyone space as needed but also cozy enough for a great time. We spent most of our time on the back patio which is set up to host several people and is only steps away from the beach. We also did a lot of cooking outside but the inside kitchens are big enough for everyone. Beds and showers all worked great and were comfortable. Thanks for a great time

This was, I believe, the 6th year we've rented the Yoda Beach House for our yearly holiday gathering of friends. It's lovely for a group because everyone can have their own, private area and bathrooms but there are still many areas of the house where the whole group can gather. Since we cook a holiday dinner, we love having three kitchens. We also love the downstairs porch with firepit and the upstairs porch with the perfect view of sunset. It has easy, direct access to the beach and is a long walk or short drive from all the bars and restaurants at John's Pass. They have a done a good job maintaining and upgrading this house over the years. We loved the new high beach chairs, the new slider porch doors and the new dishwasher. We look forward to, hopefully, many more years of gatherings here.

We had a amazing time a the Yoda Beach House. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play just out our back door every morning, There was a small sandy area that was great for the grandchildren to play in. The house was perfect for us and we will go back.

We were celebrating the wedding of our daughter at the beach house. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and appearance of the house. There were 14 people staying at the house and we had plenty of room. It was obvious the house had a quality renovation within the last few years. There was stone tile flooring throughout, 3 well equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, 3 full bathrooms and an outside shower. We visited the week after hurricane Irma and were not sure what condition the property would be in. Fortunately there was no damage and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and plenty of activities for all ages. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect for multiple families traveling together. Being able to have privacy and smaller space yet in such close proximity to other families was perfect. Our elderly family members were able to stay on the lower level. The younger in the groups stayed in the upper levels. The patio, beach furniture, access to the sand and beach was perfect. Chairs that could be taken out onto the sand could have been a bit nicer. They were clearly very weathered and falling apart. Perhaps having some in the garage protected it would be better. The house was tidy and neat even though it could use some furniture cleaning. It was above expectation and we had the very best trip. I would rent this house again on a yearly basis.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Yoda house in florida. The house was gorgeous, plenty of room for all of us. No issues with anything. The house was clean and beautifully kept. The house is right on the beach which was awesome. I have nothing negative to say about our visit, we would go back most definitely. And the weather was awesome every day we were there.

The house was great for our family. We traveled with our children, their spouses and the grandchildren. The house provided ample room for everyone. The beach was right at our back door which was a major plus especially with the children. The outdoor entries to the top floor presented no issues and it was good that one of the stairways was fully covered from the elements as we did have rain during our stay. Note, it would be helpful for travelers to know what to expect with regard to the stairways. We did have to contact maintenance during our stay and the issues were addressed. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and I would most likely return to Yoda Beach House. The one strong recommendations I would make is that the downstairs (main kitchen) needs a deep cleaning. I would recommend this vacation home and itrip was good to work with throughout the entire process.

I recently rented the Yoda House on Madeira Beach. I was celebrating my 65th birthday and invited all of our family and grandchildren. We had 11 people total and this house was absolutely perfect! The photos online are extremely accurate. There are three full kitchens and plenty of room to spread out. The beds were great the linens for fresh and everything was working. My favorite part of the house is the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom. It's the first place I went in the morning and the last place at night. We were all amazed how close the ocean is to the house. Because we had grandchildren, we didn't have to drag there's toys out very far. This is my first time renting a home and I was quite nervous. If I could, I would go to the Yoda House every single year. It was a dream come true!

We loved our beach vacation at the Yoda House. The pictures of the house online were just how we found it. The home was larger than our family of 9 needed but we spread out and took advantage of all the space. The layout of two floors was helpful for us because we had a toddler who needed a quiet space to sleep. We loved being so close to the beach. Our only suggestion was : We rented a high chair and a full size crib for our stay. I felt like those things should have been in the cost of the rent. And when we paid for a full size crib and got there and it wasn't full size. I was disappointed. Our 2 year old toddler could have climbed out of it. After having paid extra for it, that was a negative. But that was our only negative. We loved the home and the location. And I appreciated the service we got from itrips. This was a wonderful house for us to have two adult children and their families. Ten people shared the house with enough private space for each person. Kids were able to nap. The proximity to the beach was perfect, as was the fire bowl. We had a wonderful week! Thank you!

Celebrated my 60th birthday with family at Yoda Beach House and had a terrific time! Loved being so closed to the beach and enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening. The house layout was fantastic and there was plenty of room for all of us. We also loved the big dining table so we could all sit around and eat our meals together. I would recommend this house for families and large groups.

We did not have the access code to the garage door opener and contacted company and they were there within hour to figure out issue and resolve with number. Left email with couple of suggestions after our stay was complete. The most pressing issue and concern was the ability to get the sliding door open from lower level to beach. It was almost impossible to open and close from outside, and very difficult from inside. Not that this is a big deal, but the garden person was there to cut shrubs and clean up exterior. He filled all the garbage cans with what he was cutting back and we had to just pile garbage bags on top of cans. We loved the location and the layout of the house, it was perfect for our guest and visit. Thanks

Absolutely loved our stay at the Yoda Beach House! The house is huge and the layout allows privacy for multiple families while still spending your stay together. We had a few minor maintenance Issues and each time someone responded and handled the problem within the hour. We will definitely stay here again! Beautiful house in a beautiful location!

Our extended family of 10 stayed at Yoda house and had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space. It was great to be so close to the ocean. We were there over Memorial day weekend so the beach was quite crowded initially. However during the week, it wasn't so busy. The house looks just as the photos show. I would recommend it for families or larger groups.

My 2 sisters, spouses, nephews and niece took a week long vacation on the beach. The Yoda House was great providing plenty of space for all of us. We loved the dining table as it was large enough for the 12 of us to eat together. It was great to walk out into the beach from our house! Only thing that would have helped the visit was a power broom to sweep up the sand. The house is a bit outdated.

We stayed here for a week with our children, their spouses, and seven grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as large areas for us to gather for meals together. You can't beat this location for ease of getting to the beach! Speaking of the beach - the cabana guy (Joe) gave us a great rate on renting two for the week, as well as a nice discount on renting paddle boards. Four years ago we stayed at the same house - the new owners are doing a great job at maintenance on the property. Any issues that existed at that time have been corrected and improved.
