305 - Skyline

This was our 6th year staying at the Skyline of Madeira. Another great stay for 5 weeks this time and loved every minute. The condo was very nice, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. All years have been great but we enjoyed this condo the best. Love the morning sunrises from the balcony on the inter coastal and great location minutes from the beach. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Skyline condos. Unit 305 was fantastic. It was spacious and walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this Resort we love the location and especially the view from the balcony. Great proximity to beaches and shopping.

The iTrip staff were extremely prompt, efficient, helpful and went out of their way to address any issues we had. We were so pleased with the service and the condo that we've already booked for next year!!

Very nice place Right across from the beach access the condo has everything needed for a great stay we will definitely be coming back again.

Great place. Easy access. Good communication. I had all the info I needed well ahead of arrival and even received an added text before arrival just to make sure I didn't have any last minutes questions. When I did have a question upon, I received a response to my text almost immediately. Walking distance to the beach, easy parking, and it's nice building. I'd recommend it and will keep it in mind for return trips to the area.

This was a great vacation for me and my 15 year old grandson. I loved the short walk to the beach and my grandson loved fishing from the dock. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook,however so many close restaurants, we ate out mostly. Condo was clean, I would definitely stay here again.

I took my kids for a family vacation and was very pleased with this condo. Kitchen was stocked well with items needed for cooking. The balcony was perfect for watching sunrises and it was a short walk across to the beach! Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. No issues and itrip was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Would definitely go back!

We stayed at this property because of the reasonable price. We really liked it a lot. I would stay here again.

The unit was lovely. I enjoyed the beautiful view from everywhere in the unit. I was very surprised to also see views of the Gulf from the entrance hallway. We had a wonderful time. The beach access was very handy and the water was wonderful.

Great location, nice clean apartment. Lots of amenities.

ITrip was very easy to deal with and assisted us with any issues that arose and dealt with promptly. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was accessible to lots of places.

Easy to book. And any problems that we had, they were there to resolve asap.

We recently stayed at this rental unit and was very pleased. Nicely equipped. Also the location was great! View from balcony overlooked pool and canal which was great.

Our condo with iTrip was perfect! The listing is very thorough and accurate. The condo is fully equipped and we wanted for nothing during our stay, it was definitely like a home away from home. Can't wait to return next winter!

Roomy & clean, beach chairs were nice & we loved fishing off the dock here. Caught several catfish that we released. Easy walk across the street to the beach! Nice part of Madeira Beach, not too busy & lovely sand to walk on. More fishing off the beach, my boys just loved it! We saved some $ by cooking in our condo a few times too. Great coffee shop attached to building!!

Seriously perfect view from the balcony and master bedroom! We spent our 5 days feeling completely at home. This condo has a great location across the street from the beach, walking distance to John's Pass and one of favorite local spots, Mad Beach Fish House! It has everything you need to cook, live, beach accessories, and the coffee and gourmet eatery shop, Sweet Brunettes, downstairs is amazing! Partial covered parking, great bait shop next door with all the fishing advice you ask for. We loved our stay and will be booking again next time we're down to visit my family!

I went with 3 high school friends from many, many years ago to Madeira Beach and our condo at 305-Skyline was the perfect spot for us! The two bedroom, two bath was just what we needed. The location just a short walk to the beach and just a short distance from John's Pass was ideal. We were there for a long weekend and simply loved every minute!

305 Skyline was a lovely condo. We had 3 adults and a 17 month old. The view from the balcony of the waterway was beautiful, although at low tide there is a slight odor. We felt safe having a toddler on the balcony because the rails are very solid and the bars a close together, which I think is standard building code. The pool was great. It was heated which was ideal because in early may, it was slightly cool at night. Easy walk across Gulf Blvd to the beach. the kitchen was well stocked. LOVE the keyless entry! When there are multiple adults doing different things at different times it is so much easier than keeping track of a key. There was a wasp nest on the balcony, I called the office and someone was there within an hour to take care of it. On a sunday. So they were very responsive. There was an outside grill we used 2 times and a boat dock. Also there is a good coffee shop right outside the elevator. Not open on Mondays. I had an amazing blueberry muffin and latte. 10 minute drive from Publix and less than 5 to Johns pass. You could walk to John's pass, but in the heat of the day might not want to- it is about 1 mile. My only complaint is that the floors were somewhat dirty. Everything else was clean, but I think all of the wood and tile could use a good mopping. our feet were fairly dirty after walking around without shoes. This was the day we got there- so not from us making it dirty. I wish I could give it 4.5 starts, because even that was not really an issue, but I feel it is worth noting. Out stay was wonderful. Lots of pool and beach time, and relaxing on the balcony, looking at the scenic waterway.
