Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, especially being so close to the beach. Waking up and being just steps away from the ocean made our stay truly special. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

HAPPY with everything except the traffic noise and the area around the swimming pool could be cleaner!! However the condo was nice and beautiful. If you have a 2 BR condo right on the Beach available for next January pls let me know!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Coquina #103! The unit is beautiful, spacious, and has a stunning view of the ocean. It’s in the perfect location—just a short walk across the street to the beach and close to tons of local attractions like John’s Pass. There’s even a gas station right next door, which came in handy for grabbing any last-minute items we forgot at the grocery store. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. The beds were super comfy, and the space was just right for the four of us. We also really enjoyed the quiet, heated pool with plenty of chairs for relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Location was outstanding. Close access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Unit 103 was spacious, clean, convenient and well worth it. Beach access is right across the street with crosswalk in front of building. Access is still in need of improvement from the damage caused by Hurricanes. Pool at complex is still inoperable. We were pleased with our vacation and happy to support the area as they recover from the storms.

Great stay

Booked through VRBO and found we could have saved their cost booking direct. That is our only complaint. This condo is very comfortable and steps from the beach. I spent every morning on the balcony, sipping my coffee and bloody mary, looking at the gulf and checking emails. Great eateries were close by and John's pass is a nice stroll down the beach or sidewalk. The pictures are accurate. Thanks for a great stay. Will use your properties again for sure!

We’ve never stayed in Madeira Beach until recently and WOW! What a great place and location! The condo is so warm and comfy after a great day at the beach. The beach is literally a 2-3min walk. Great for sunset walks and long beach days. The pool is right there, the condo is modern, all newly remodeled, and tons of extras! Smart TVs, WiFi, beach supplies, and more. The kids loved it! Easy to get to everything so quick. We definitely will make this a regular place to create memories. Well done by the management company and owners! Mark this as a fav ❤️!
