Another great vacation at Ocean Sands

Considering all we had heard and seen for Madeira Beach post the two hurricanes, we are so glad we kept our reservation and went. Everything wasn’t perfect nor open or at 100% but all was well worth it. Hope our coming and spending what we did for a great vacation was a help locally. Once again Ocean Sands accommodations were great and I trip Mainsail staff again kept it smooth, responsive and effortless to enjoy. We again took advantage of the Xplorie benefits and as usual only wish we used that even more. Great bonus to have. Looking forward to returning for 2026.

My wife and I stayed in Building 1 room1206 in Ocean Sands Condos in Madeira Beach. It was very nice and up to date with the decor and furnishings. The beds were very comfortable, which is a big plus. The view overlooking the ocean was incredible, especially the sunsets! We even saw Dolphins from the deck on a few different days. The beach is so nice and listening to the waves from your room is very relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo. The people with iTrip were good to work with on getting the condo reserved and easy to contact through text if you had a question. This stay was while the area was trying to recover from the hurricane so things were not as good as they normally would be and there was construction going on to the Ocean Sands property as well because of the damage. iTrip was very good about trying to keep us informed about how the construction would affect us. i would highly recommend iTrip and the Ocean Sands 1-1206 condo.

This condo had it all. Beautiful 12th floor view was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked, beds and bedding were nice and comfortable including the pull out couch. The community pool was warm and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.
