The Hollywood Hideaway is nestled in the exclusive Hollywood Hills above the bustle of this famed city, in a serene setting with breathtaking views. This mid-century modern 1000-square-foot home is nestled atop a hill of lavender, dotted with beautiful olive, fig, and citrus trees. Enjoy stunning 180-degree panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, downtown LA, and on a clear day, the glimmer of the Pacific Ocean. Immerse yourself in this historic neighborhood, which has been featured in films and books for decades and become part of the history.

From your bedroom with a view, you will wake to the sounds of birds chirping, and smells of jasmine, lavender, and orange blossoms. Lemon and tangerine trees rest at the entrance and outdoor couches and lounge chairs give you plenty of space to stretch out and relax on your private pergola. A separate outdoor teak dining table allows you to take work or food outside where you’ll be cocooned with rosemary and unprecedented views. And enjoy our brand new 4-burner BBQ gas grill for alfresco dining.

Most of Hollywood’s studios are only a short drive away as are many fun attractions, like Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, and The Greek Theater, to name a few. A 12-minute walk takes you to the world-famous outdoor concert venue, The Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, movie theaters and shops at Hollywood and Highland, and the iconic Grauman’s Chinese Theater. You can drive or walk to Runyon Canyon and explore the beautiful hiking trails while getting breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the city.

With the 101 freeway only 3 minutes away, you can get where you need to be with ease. Enjoy a scenic route to visit our gorgeous coastal beaches or shoot downtown for world-class dining, sports venues, concert halls, and museums. The Hideaway is the perfect location for work or holiday travel, alone or with up to 3 additional guests to enjoy the magic of Hollywood.

More delightful details:

Cook with a view in our fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots/pans as well as a variety of cooking spices/oils and coffee/tea).

Sleep with a view in a brand-new Queen size bed, and Custom Comfort Organic mattress on hotel quality linens. The ensuite Bathroom has a double sink with Soak-in Tub. And you can still enjoy the views from your own bedroom office workspace.

The open-plan living room hosts a 90" HDTV with AppleTV and sofa.

Plus we recently added a Brand New Queen Size sofa bed that can be used in the Living Room area. (We no longer provide airbeds)

Our vintage mid-century modern dining table seats up to six guests.

A second bathroom with Walk-in Shower is located just off the kitchen.

Common Space Areas:

The entrance garden path and driveway are common spaces with the Owners who live in a separate home on the other side of the property with their own private path that Guests do not have access to. And you may meet their beautiful and friendly family dog roaming the property.

You will have your own designated Garage with access to a Tesla charger.

Fireplace is currently only decorative.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted short-term rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.

* Minimum age to book is 25 yrs old. Valid photo ID required upon booking, plus names and ages of all your Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX # OF OCCUPANTS: 4 people (No young children, infants are OK)

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $ 100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside on the deck only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine for the cost to eliminate residual odors.

NO UNAPPROVED PETS. Pet Fee $75

QUIET HOURS: City of LA Mandatory Noise Ordinance 10 pm – 7 am **
No Loud Voices or Outdoor Music are allowed during these times. Our NoiseAware technology will alert us after 10pm if you're in Violation and our local team will arrive to address the complaint.

City of LA has been cracking down on party houses in the Hollywood Hills. Any loud noises reported by neighbors or if police are called you will be charged a fine.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Hollywood Hideaway! Highly recommend! The accommodations were beautiful, stylish and clean and the location is within walking distance of many attractions. The outdoor sitting space is a relaxing oasis with frequent hummingbird visits and a great place to have your morning coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying in this prefect house and we just want to keep coming back forever! You will want for nothing there! It is deliciously comfortable, views are even more beautiful than on the photos and equally spectacular during the day and at night. The garden is amazing! The neighborhood is great too! We are New Yorkers so having a possibility to walk around was important to us and Hollywood Hills did not disappoint. There is some notable architecture in the immediate neighborhood by Frank Lloyd Wright and Whitley Heights are across the road. Chinese Theatre and the Walk of Fame are also walking distance.

For a trip to the Netflix comedy special this was the perfect location to walk to the venues (Hollywood bowl and Dolby). Amazing views, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen. Loved the outdoor spaces and parking garage. 10/10.

Oasis Near Hollywood

Hollywood Hideaway managed by itrip, was an oasis just outside of Hollywood. We felt secluded and safe, nestled among nature, on a winding street, enjoying the outside gathering space. Walks from the property are beautiful, and challenging as we discovered some of LAs secret staircases on our journeys to Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Blvd, and Runyon Canyon. It was so wonderful to return in the evening to our space with twinkling city views, as well as enjoy the sunrise morning views with coffee. We hope to be back!!! Thank you.

The Hollywood Heigths Experience

Perched up in the Hollywood foothills, this cozy abode overlooks Hollywood Boulevard within walking distance to the Dolby theater where I could experience the 96th Oscars in full effect. Concierge customer, service, and hospitality by iTrip and the owners. Do not look any further. The home was so high end, well designed and comfortable that I recommend 100 % for 1-2 people ! I hope to return and thank you so much !

Please take note that, if you are ever visiting Hollywood and the surrounding area, we highly recommend the Hollywood Hideaway Property! The home is spacious, comfortable, bright-sunny-happy, includes in-unit washer and dryer, and even offers two bathrooms! The exterior space is lush and beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. We loved every minute of our visit, and will plan to rent again next time we travel to Los Angeles! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The location of this house is just perfect. There is 1 little thing to know. We were there with our 2 kids (teenagers). The sofa bed is more for a 1 person. However, the house is great, the views fantastics and the owner's dog is definitely a plus !

My 16-year old daughter and I loved this spot in the Hollywood hills! The space is beautiful inside and out, and well appointed. Views are spectacular and a great central location to so many things LA has to offer. The streets in the hills are tight so I’d recommend getting a smallish car if you’re renting. The owners and dog Nina are so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!
