Welcome to the Hillcrest Hollywood Hills Apt! This private apartment is a perfect business retreat or cool crash pad for solo or traveling couples looking for long-term stays. This unit is part of a unique California Craftsman home and your private apt is a large 600 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that boasts epic skyline views tucked in the Hollywood Hills and steps from the iconic Hollywood Bowl. This is a celebrity neighborhood so you'll never know who you'll see walking their dog or an urban hike workout. Other nearby sites are Hollywood Walk of Fame, Runyan Canyon, Universal Studios and Griffith Observatory Park.

Property is managed by iTrip Los Angeles Please contact property manager, Lilly Zabat, to inquire directly for shorter length stays. If you need a larger space, we have another 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath guest home on the other side of property, called the "Hollywood Hideaway".

Please note the Owners lives and works in the main house with their dog Nina Simone. This apt is below the main house and there are shared walls.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age policy is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests. (exceptions will be considered with a refundable $1000 security deposit that will be completed via email with your credit card authorization after your booking)

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS ( 3 people) Extra Guest Fee After 3 guests.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. Outside visitors not permitted.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.


Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 7 am

Please be mindful of the Owners who live on the property. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

Everything was just perfect. Then apartment was as shown in the pictures. Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Easy access to Lyft and Uber. Close to everything. They owners are lovely people and very hospitable. 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay. The booking, check-in, etc., were easy and smooth. The place was well-appointed, clean and charming (with a beautiful yard and views). The owners of the property were gracious and welcoming. We were lucky to have tickets to a sold out Hollywood Bowl show. This location is not only great for proximity to the bowl, but we enjoyed all LA has to offer from this amazing location--parks, hikes in the hills and wonderful restaurants. We are already plotting our return to this place to catch another show!
