Owner lives in a separate apt/studio below the house with his friendly 14 yr old chocolate lab, Cooper. The entire 3 bedroom 3 bath home is privately yours during the length of your stay. The lower deck is shared but divided for your own space.
This 2,000 square feet peaceful home is tucked away in renowned Laurel Canyon where musicians Joni Mitchell, The Doors, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, the Eagles and many more who cultivated the sound of the 60's, lived and played all resided here. Please note that roads in this area are well-known to be very narrow and windy. ** This property is located at the very top of the Hollywood Hills to capture these jet-liner views. **

HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA # HSR20-002185. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 6 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
* Well Behaved Family Pet will be considered. PET FEE $175 MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
