Welcome to Sycamore Villa outfitted with BRAND NEW furnishings, beds, linens and towels! Arrive to be welcomed by the bright and stylish interior, filled with gorgeous furnishings and comfy sofas for evenings of lounging about and enjoying movie night, wine, and sparkling conversations with your friends. We love the delicate balance between muted tones and splash of color throughout – there is just something about this place that is bound to put an instant smile on your face. Rustle up delicious meals in the large modern kitchen or have a BBQ out on the terrace with the outdoor dining for the whole family and stunning views to be marveled at. The bedrooms carry the promise of restful sleep, courtesy of new memory foam mattresses.
Outside your little hilltop oasis, you’ll find yourself at the very heart of the Hollywood Hills, a stone’s throw away from Hollywood Boulevard. Plus walking distance is the Magic Castle and the iconic Yamashiro Hollywood restaurant, a sushi & Cal-Asian fare served amid gardens & a koi pond overlooking the city. Hollywood Bowl is about 20 min walk as well!

Garage Parking Available - large SUV's or trucks will not fit in our garage. Home has (1) Permit Pass for street parking overnight. No RV's, trailers or hitches
Please note we have security camera's throughout the perimeter of the property for the safety of the home.

HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA # HSR22-001942. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
