Amazing views

Loved this unit and will stay again. Nice getaway for a couple. Can't beat the views, beach access or value. The bed is very comfortable, linens were plentiful and better than other places we've stayed. It was clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for the week. It is close to some great restaurants and icecream.

We have been coming to IS from PA 6 years now for a month. Can’t beat the view from the patio of Chateux 102. The building is quite and people are friendly. But, the apartment is in dire need of an update. It is not as clean as it should be. There is carpet in the living area and the bedroom. It is horrible dirty. There are holes in the walls with tape over them but no repairs. The oven burners are not working. Chairs on the patio are broken. Towels and sheets are threadbare. I wish I had something good to say. We will not be returning. The apartment is just too expensive for all that it needs done to it. Donna

The guest stayed for a month and by the end of their stay, the carpets were starting to show signs of needing a cleaning. Right after the guest checked out, the unit had a deep clean and carpet cleaning done on it and the patio furniture was replaced. The oven burner that stopped working was replaced as well.

We arrived on Sunday and the condo was warm and cozy!!! All though 50 really isn’t cold it feels cold to us....the view is breathtaking and it’s a stone’s throw away from beach....it’s halfway between St Pete’s beach and Clearwater beach and this beach is private which makes it even better!!! The condo is very clean and stocked with all the necessities!!! I recommend it to anyone who wants some quite peaceful beach time!

This unit was perfect for our vacation. Very clean, well stocked, and bed was comfortable. The view was beyond wonderful. It was beautiful and seen right from your balcony!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again. We loved it!!!!!!! Thank you so much.

The condo is very well situated and easy to get everywhere. Being right on the beach is a plus. The pool is lovely and very warm. Condo is nicely appointed and would stay again. If I had to complain I would say the beach chairs could use an upgrade but we rented a cabana for the week which was lovely and not having a light on the patio means no reading after sun goes down. The place was quiet! I would recommend the agent and the chateaux to anyone.

Found this condo after my original reservation at another property was canceled. I'm so glad it was! Check in was super easy. This condo is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. The property is located right on the beach, and there is also a salt water pool if you prefer. I highly recommend booking this property.

This is a spacious condo with a beautiful view and reasonably priced. My only complaint would be the musty smell when you walk in. I had candles and a diffuser with Thieves essential oil that took care of the smell. Otherwise, nicely stocked kitchen, but would have appreciated beach towels rather than having to bring our own.

We had a relaxing stay in Chateau 102. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had no issues. The only recommendation we would make is that the bathroom is in need of an update.

We loved 102 Chateau. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunsets were amazing. Nice little balcony to sit and watch the ocean and enjoy the sunsets. Close to the pool. I enjoyed being on the 1st floor as we did not need to use the elevator. Unit was clean and newly furnished. It had everything you would need to eat in although we enjoyed going to all the nearby restaurants. Good location and not far from PIE airport.

This condo is great it’s big and beauiful it has everything you need you don’t bring nothing but clothes and beach towels and groceries the view of the ocean is beauiful your right on the beach the pool is right on the beach I would refer anyone to stay here

Chateaux 102 needs a new sofa, only one eye on the stove worked and very little silverware was available. We did sleep well thanks to a comfy bed and you cannot beat the terrific view!
