The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals after a day at the beach. The comfortable living room offers plush seating and easy access to the balcony, creating a welcoming space to unwind with family and friends. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for restful nights, including a serene primary suite with vibrant coastal accents and a private en-suite bath. Guests will also enjoy in-unit laundry, covered parking, and access to the community pool. Whether you’re planning a beach getaway, family vacation, fishing trip, or extended stay, this condo offers the perfect home base for relaxing and exploring the area. Please note- this is not a pet friendly unit.
Conveniently located near grocery, pharmacies, shopping, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and of course.... the beach! Walkable distance to Manatee Beach, or if you prefer to drive, this beach offers plenty of parking, restrooms, beach cafe, and souvenir shop.

TRANSPORT. Free trolley pickup is right out front to take you wherever you need to go. If you want to extend your night out, just call up the Monkey Bus till 3 am!
We are happy to provide guests with a "starter kit" of a few dish pods, laundry pods, garbage bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper but is not meant to stock your stay. Please plan to pick up additional needs you may have.
1 set of towels (1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 washcloth) are provided per person for the max number of people the home sleeps
4 Beach Chairs, 1 cooler, 1 Beach Umbrella
Professionally cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines between each guest stay. PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Please report any damages PRIOR to check out.
2. All dishes are to be placed in dish washer and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
3. Close all blinds in all rooms.
4. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed number of people, not including a child in a crib.
5. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6. NO PETS, if evidence of a pet is found you will be subject to eviction without a refund.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Smoke Smell remediation fine of $500 if smoking smell occurs
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9. All Keys are to be left in unit upon check out for next guest to use. If one is missing it will be 40.00 charge for each one missing.
10. Quiet hours after 9:00PM per Holmes Beach Noice Ordinance. Failure to comply could result in eviction
11. No parties or loud music.
12. MONITORING Agent may utilize electronic monitoring equipment and ring doorbells-( noise, motion, temperature, humidity and other means) at the property to ensure that all local ordinances, including noise & occupancy limits, are observed at all times and that no events or parties are held on the property. Our homes are subject to strict noise ordinances. In the event that you trigger our noise monitor you will be asked to turn down the volume immediately. Failure to comply will lead to eviction without a refund. Cities impose large fines and you may be prosecuted. You agree to reimburse the homeowner and Agent for all lost income resulting from any suspension of their business license arising from you exceeding the noise alert levels.
