This second floor bright and spacious condo features an open-concept living area, coastal-inspired décor, and a screened balcony overlooking lush tropical greenery — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals after a day at the beach. The comfortable living room offers plush seating and easy access to the balcony, creating a welcoming space to unwind with family and friends. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for restful nights, including a serene primary suite with vibrant coastal accents and a private en-suite bath. Guests will also enjoy in-unit laundry, covered parking, and access to the community pool. Whether you’re planning a beach getaway, family vacation, fishing trip, or extended stay, this condo offers the perfect home base for relaxing and exploring the area. Please note- this is not a pet friendly unit.

Conveniently located near grocery, pharmacies, shopping, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and of course.... the beach! Walkable distance to Manatee Beach, or if you prefer to drive, this beach offers plenty of parking, restrooms, beach cafe, and souvenir shop.

Guests love this unit's location and with access to the community pool it really offers something for everyone!

TRANSPORT. Free trolley pickup is right out front to take you wherever you need to go. If you want to extend your night out, just call up the Monkey Bus till 3 am!

We are happy to provide guests with a "starter kit" of a few dish pods, laundry pods, garbage bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper but is not meant to stock your stay. Please plan to pick up additional needs you may have.

1 set of towels (1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 washcloth) are provided per person for the max number of people the home sleeps

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Please report any damages PRIOR to check out.
2. All dishes are to be placed in dish washer and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
3. Close all blinds in all rooms.
4. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed number of people, not including a child in a crib.
5. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6. NO PETS, if evidence of a pet is found you will be subject to eviction without a refund.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Smoke Smell remediation fine of $500 if smoking smell occurs
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9. All Keys are to be left in unit upon check out for next guest to use. If one is missing it will be 40.00 charge for each one missing.
10. Quiet hours after 9:00PM per Holmes Beach Noice Ordinance. Failure to comply could result in eviction
11. No parties or loud music.
12. MONITORING Agent may utilize electronic monitoring equipment and ring doorbells-( noise, motion, temperature, humidity and other means) at the property to ensure that all local ordinances, including noise & occupancy limits, are observed at all times and that no events or parties are held on the property. Our homes are subject to strict noise ordinances. In the event that you trigger our noise monitor you will be asked to turn down the volume immediately. Failure to comply will lead to eviction without a refund. Cities impose large fines and you may be prosecuted. You agree to reimburse the homeowner and Agent for all lost income resulting from any suspension of their business license arising from you exceeding the noise alert levels.

We arrived at 8 pm or so and could not get into condo spoke with an agent at VRBO she tried to help but couldn’t was transferred to an agent who was supposed to help get us accommodation for the night turned out he said unless I could show proof of my payment and to go get hotel room till I could show proof of payment and we do not do online banking and we are 15 hrs away from home so our property manager got ahold of us December 26 and said she would refund our hotel cost and haven’t had contact since even though I have left 2 messages since we got access to condo . This has not been a good experience

We are loving every moment of time here in the condo and of course Island Life. However the island is no stranger to us as we lived here for 23 years back in late 80’s thru early 2000’s. Now it was time to introduce my granddaughter to the pleasures of our beautiful island. The condo is everything that was promised, pictures were all true to life. This place is perfect for us. The new furniture in the living room is attractive and comfortable. The recent updates make it such a lovely place. Laid back community with the bay and golf only a short walk away. Private balcony overlooking acres of Mangroves provide a peaceful retreat. It has everything we need for our months stay. Hope to be able to stay here again

We are so sorry you experienced the issue with the bedroom TV , and the microwave panel, our cleaner made us aware of them upon cleaning and we are addressing it . However, we do not have any texts or phone messages regarding these issues and wonder if you had the correct phone number ? This two bedroom, two bath condo really met our needs. It is nearer the busy side of Holmes Beach rather than some properties we have stayed at on the side streets, but we love our amenities and they tend to be lacking at other places. The only minor downside is that it is not handicap accessible as there is a flight and a half of stairs from the carport to the unit. This meant my father in his 90s was unable to visit us here but we planned around it and didn't let it interfere. The king bed in the master bedroom is quite comfortable, not especially firm but certainly adequate. Unfortunately the living room love seat is not a comfy place to sit but the longer sofa is okay. Both appear somewhat worn and probably need replacing if a 5 star review is forthcoming. It would be nice to have a recliner/overstuffed chair as an option for those of us needing back support! Getting here was maddening because, arriving after dark, we couldn't make out the signage that indicated 3607 was actually right in front of you on the right after you turn into Sunbow Drive South. However, once we finally found the place, we settled into a nicely cool and well furnished unit. You would not want to try walking to the beach across busy Route 789 but by car it's just a few minutes. It's also a good 5 minute walk to get to the on site pool which, in sweltering heat and carrying your stuff, isn't a treat. None of this was a deal breaker for us, just matters that can be taxing of you're over the age of 60! We will definitely come back and I do recommend staying here if you value space, the convenience of having everything you need on hand and being close to Anna Maria Island, our favorite place in Florida!

This condo is perfect for/up to a family of 4. It‘s close to everything (beach, Publix, Trolley) and very well equipped. Everything was clean and spotless on arrival and I like the idea of leaving behind things for the next guest (coffee filters, detergent) instead of throwing it away. We will be back here for sure to enjoy our favorite place ob earth.

This condo is updated and very clean. It is very comfortable. Being right across from Publix and Manatee beach is a real plus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the beach that is within walking distance.

Great condo with beach, pool, groceries and shopping near by. Have not used the car for 3 days as free trolley goes up and down the island. Ah! A month in the sun.

We stayed for 7 days and the condo has everything you could need. The bedrooms have great furniture and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of linens, beach towels, etc. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, etc if you decide to cook while on the island. We won’t stay anywhere else but here. Very clean and comfortable.

This is a very well kept building, as is the individual condo. The unit was clean upon arrival. The location is excellent and the pool is nice. There are plenty of linens and towels All of the appliances work well. The property manager, Leslie Fowler, was helpful and responded quickly. This unit has closets full of the owners’ belongings and just thrown in. . We have found that in the kitchen, the dishes, glasses, cups , and silverware are all mismatched and not enough to serve 4 people at a time. The master bedroom furniture is in poor shape.

Thank you for the positive review of our property , it absolutely is a wonderful location! I'm a bit confused with your description of the silverware and dishes, we recently updated all. There are extra linens for the guests, not personal items as you mentioned of the owners. Also, we are excited about completing the updating of the condo with a brand new bedroom set and expected delivery in the next 2 weeks!! It's been beautifully updated and close to everything, perfect beach paradise !!!

Very comfortable. Main bedroom furniture finish is in bad shape - shows lot of wear. Not enough forks knives spoons. Driving directions should be clearer: e.g. turn into Sunbow driveway. 3607 is Sandy Point II building on right across from Sunbow buildings. Love location and convenience to store and beach. Like mangrove view

This condo is beautiful and well-maintained and just a short walk from the beach. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened in balcony overlooking the bayou. The pool is warm and very nice. Tons of beach equipment and toys too. We never used a car while there- you can walk or take the free trolley around the island. Highly recommend this condo- we would definitely come back.

We had a great trip and absolutely love staying in AMI at the condo . We have stayed there over 7 times . It’s in the best spot next to the beach . We love how beautiful the decor is inside , always perfectly clean and very spacious. The two bdrn , two bathroom condo is perfect for me and my family or friends . I feel like I’m at home when I’m there , it’s always very hard to leave . Thank you again for making our trip so wonderful!!

I had a great travel experience, I love Chad and Dawns condo and have been to it over 7 times now ! I love AMI and the condo is absolutely beautiful and very well keptAnd decorated. You could not ask for a better two bdrn , two bath condo to stay in right by the beach . Its the only place I will stay ! Very happy with it!!!! 5 star all the way

We stayed at the condo our first time in 2017. Since then, this is the only condo we will reserve. It is well taken care of and has all of the amenities we need, not to mention it is in walking distance to local restaurants, Walgreens, Publix Grocery Store and one of the many Island's free trolley pick-up / drop-off stations. The beach is only a couple blocks away, and if we don't want to head to the beach, the pool is right there in the condo complex. The complex is quiet and enjoyable to visit. We never want to leave!

My family and I traveled from Northern IL to AMI last weeks and loved our time there. The condo is so close to everything, most everything is a quick 5-10 min drive by car, there’s a trolley stop right across from it as well. The condo was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for inside and outside. There’s a beach wagon, cooler, boogie boards, etc for guests to use. And a fantastic set of beach chairs and umbrella!! We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset during our week there, collected seashells, watched dolphins, and just enjoyed the AMI life for a week. We miss it already and we will definitely be back!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and so comfortable.

Let me just say this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in! The condo is fully updated from the fully stocked kitchen to the nice tile floors. We loved the new wicker patio furniture on the fully screened in porch that overlooked the beautiful mangroves where we had drinks before dinner. The beds were so comfortable we slept like baby’s after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach we loved how close it was just a 5 minute walk and we were there. The owners even had a wagon to haul all the beach stuff in. It was so nice of them to let renters use all of their beach equipment. There is a Walgreens, Public’s, and CVS right across the street so we could grab groceries and alcohol. The free trolly stops right in front of the condo complex which made it so nice to travel to restaurants, bars, or go site seeing. We loved how peaceful and quiet the condo area was. The pool area is amazing from the nice heated pool to the convenience of having bathrooms right there as well. You can really tell the owners care about their guests having relaxing hassle free time while staying at their place. This will be the only place we stay at when we come back to the island.

The condo was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated and modern! Everything was in working order and all the amenities were awesome! All the beach stuff needed is there for use. The beach is with in walking distance where you will find a bar, restaurant, and gift store and a lifeguard stand. The pool is very private and relaxing! I will definitely be booking this condo for all my future visits! The island is definitely paradise!

We had a great time at our condo on the Island! The accomodations were fantastic! My wife and I loved that the location was so close to the beach, but also close to a small strip mall that had essential stores! We highly recommend staying at this condo!

This is our second time at the condo, and it did not disappoint. The condo is well taken care of and the owners were great to deal with. The condo building is quiet and relaxing. You have all the amenities of home right there. The condo is in walking distance to the beach and centrally located on the Island. There is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and many local eateries across the street. The Island has a free trolley which runs all day, and there is a trolley stop right in front of the condo grounds. We will definitely be returning to the Island and this condo is our 1st and only choice.

We recently spent two weeks at this lovely condo. Several things were very nice, from the comfy beds and fluffy towels to the screened in porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee! We overlooked the mangroves which were very peaceful and loaded with many different birds. The island trolley was another added plus as we walked as far as we wanted then took the trolley back home! A wonderful time that ended too soon!
